Resort holiday rentals in North America

Overall, this place was very cool! For us it was just a quick stop the night before our flight, but you could definitely stay there and enjoy the pool and property for a few days. It's 5 stars for staying in a cute little bungalow (not 5 stars like a resort. I'm not saying this as a negative just clarifying as I feel there is a difference). Bed was super comfy!! Good restaurants are about a 30 minute drive. The property was wonderful and gated and felt safe, but the overall area where it's located did not seem awesome. You probably aren't walking anywhere from here, but as long as you don't mind the drive then it's fine. The only semi negative thing I noticed upon arrival (I suppose the pictures made it clear and I just didn't take note), was that there is no where to all sit and hang out inside. The kitchen table has 2 chairs. If you have 4 people and wanted to all eat there, 2 would be standing, or sitting on a bed. Michelle was fantastic as far as communication and suggestions!!

Great stay at Joseph’s loft. It was very clean and airy. Nice terrace to sit out on and watch the water. Joe had some excellent restaurant recommendations and kept us updated about local activities. Would definitely like to return again.

We stayed here for a total of 5 days and had the absolute best time. The host was great at responding with any questions we had and the condo had a great view of the beach. I would stay here again!

Everything on Sandi's end was perfect!! We only had a minor hiccup with checking in due to the resort's system having a moment but that was easily cleared up! She was an absolutely wonderful host and her instructions were incredibly clear and helpful. She was very kind and made my first Airbnb experience wonderful. I will most certainly be booking with her again when we go to Reno again.

We had such a great week on Kaua’i at Neil and Andrea’s place! The room was super comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect home base for exploring the island. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely come back!

The host, Beth, is extremely responsive and a great communicator. She added my wife to the discussion so that we would both be informed. The Casita is great with easy parking and central in the resort. We would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay at Terranea as you have all of the resort amenities that you would receive by booking through the resort directly.

This was our second stay at the Casitas and it was another great experience. Rita and the staff once again provided excellent service on top of a great place to stay. You won't go wrong making this place your go to in Zihua! An excellent spot for access to all that La Ropa has to offer and just a short ride into downtown for some shopping or whatever adventure you have in mind. It was the Guitarfest 2025 for us this time, but you can rock it at many downtown spots if you miss the festival week and musid is one of your things. Last year we just chilled it poolside and down at the beach. Plenty of food spots nearby and if you just feel like staying in for the day, well Marguerite is the resort chef and an excellent cook. And if you're looking for an great massge you should really check out Alejandro! We both wish we had gotten massage from him last year but now we know. And he comes to the resort on appointment so get him booked quick! I'm very certain Rita would get him booked for you

Everything was as advertised, no surprises. Definitely did not need a car with being so close to restaurants and grocery store. Still very quiet so close to the main street. We saved a ton of money having a fully functioning Kitchen and daily cleaning service. Would stay there again no doubt!

We had such a wonderful stay! The resort is more than we could have imagined. Beautiful views, beautiful pools and private beaches. Could not believe we got to stay here!

Our room was just a few steps from the ocean, which made for a beautiful and relaxing stay. The resort is well-maintained and kept very clean. While the room itself was small and part of an older building, the stunning ocean view made up for it. There’s a beachfront restaurant just steps away, and a nearby complex with plenty of dining and shopping options within minutes. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re here for the view and convenience.

My boyfriend and I stayed here a long weekend and we have to admit that this place was lovely and perfect for our vacation. Extremely clean and cozy with a great view and a convenient location. Great atmosphere and the hospitality was incredible. Totally recommend it for you and your loved one to relax and enjoy life.

We only stayed one night but wish it was more it was beautiful. The room has a view of the kids sliding down the closed slopes which we loved. The room itself has plenty of space and loves the separate tub and shower. The property was beautiful with a heated outdoor pool and fire pit. You will definitely not be disappointed in this location.

Brianna’s place was the perfect way to enjoy the Ko’Olina resorts and lagoons.

This space was exactly what we needed. Stunnning view as soon as you enter the unit. It was well furnished and had the required kitchen utensils and enough linens. laundry in the suites and supplied detergent was appreciated. Donald provided all that was needed for a comfortable stay. Easy accessible trails were a bonus as it made it easier for me to enjoy the bay. The outdoor fire pits were nice and the pool was easy to access. We will be back. Highly reccommend.

Hotel is located in a great location in Sunny isles. Hotel and room was great. This is a great place when traveling with families and kids. Feels like a resort. Service is great. Room is conveniently located on 5th floor so you can get up and down very quickly. Highly recommend this place! Thank you.

Just book it if you're on Kauai -- it is all that you see in Lorna's photos and read in her reviews. The room has everything you would need and want in a resort BUT the view takes everything to the next level... The bedding and mattress are high quality. [Note: the mattress is on the softer side if that is important to you.] I loved the large new Keurig and To-Go mugs. You're steps from the tropical pools and the Lounge, while pricey, has good value Apps during Happy Hour. And, yes, factor in that paid parking if you rent a car (Lorna is so clear about that). Admittedly, we have rarely stayed at resorts but everything about Lorna's place brings our heartiest recommendation. Thank you, Lorna, for everything!

Wonderful stay with beach access! Host was very friendly and willing to help when we left some things behind after checkout 😬. It was such a great space for us to use as our son competed in the world archery competition!

Cabo Charlie was a fabulous host. Very helpful and responsive. The place was amazing and we will definitely go back!

We love Big Cedar and the lodge rooms! No complaints. It’s so relaxing having the shuttles to drive you around and there is so much to do from mini golf to multiple pools to fun mountain. The perfect family vacation.
