There is a gas grill, toaster oven, microwave, electric stove top burners, and electric griddle (no oven). Parking for 1 vehicle.

During high tide, head over to Hampton Beach, which is just down the road. Condo has a kitchenette, queen bed, and queen-size pull-out sofa. Bring your flip flops, sunscreen and get ready to enjoy the sun and sand. Please note that there are cameras in the parking lot, lobby, and hallways leading to the condo. No cable, a smart TV.
