Beachfront holiday rental in North Beach

Perfect location. Parking space right out front of the cabin. Quiet street. Felt safe. Picnic table in the back of our cabin. Less than a minute walk to the beach. We were able to walk to the pier and didn't have to drive at all for the time we were there. We stayed in Cabin #6 and it was a perfect size for myself and sister in law. Jason let us keep our car parked at the cabin for a few hours after checkout so we could spend a little more time at the beach and not have to drive and find parking somewhere else. Would def. rent one of the cabins again.

Amazing location, close to Salem, beautiful views right from the living room window! We brought our bikes and were able to ride everywhere, didn’t move the car all weekend! This home will exceeded our expectations. So much care has went into this home and it really shows. Exquisitely decorated, and well stocked. The owners (and their pups) are all very nice. We would recommend this home over and over again!

Darryl’s house was extremely enjoyable. It had everything we needed, and we had a very relaxing time at the lake. It felt private, amazing views, and was very comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Julie's lakeside home for Father’s Day weekend. The setting was serene, with beautiful views of the water, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy quality time together. We would definitely go back for another stay. Carl is a wonderful host and was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and is located in such a tranquil and scenic location. We are a family of 6 along with our black lab and everyone fit comfortably. I highly recommend this place for a family get away.

The house was clean and well maintained. The view was gorgeous, too bad Mother Nature didn’t cooperate. It was cold and rainy. Used the fire pit nightly and it was nice. Linens were clean, towels were soft and fluffy and smelled freshly laundered. Kitchen was spotless and well stocked with pot/pans and dishes. Having a dishwasher was nice too. Two grocery stores (Hannaford and Market Basket) were close by and plenty of restaurants too. We came with the intention of doing nothing and just changing scenery for the weekend. This place was perfect.

We loved our stay! The space is beautiful and cozy. The walk to the family friendly beach was just the right distance for my 4yo. The neighborhood is adorable and friendly! With an amazing bakery and ice cream shop just around the corner! Dave was a great host and took great care of us.

We stay at Hampton Beach every year for a few days. This has by far been the best. It seemed we were at home. Copmmunication with the owner and the facility was exceptional.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tara's place. It was clean and nice location to the beach. She was also very accommodating with an early check in time in order for us to get ready for a wedding.

Can't reccomend this place enough, if you're looking for a place in hampton beach this is the one! Huuge plus for being dog friendly but even if you dont have a dog this is by far the nicest place we've stayed in the area. The owner was so sweet and they thought of everything you could possibly need, we had a great time using the grill instead of eating out the last night as well. Definitely booking again!

This is my boyfriend and I second year in a row with Arun. We love the location, just outside of the busyness of the strip. Best location for walking lots of places and easy access to get to town for groceries or restaurants in Hampton area. The condo is clean and bright. We enjoyed cooking in 4 nights out of 7 with all of the amenities available to us to use. Best location for Wednesday night fireworks! Hope to be back again.

Erin was a great host! We are very easygoing people so a nights stay was well worth it to us. It was also a short walk to the beach. Nothing wrong with the room and my family loves Hampton Beach so we gave it a try. Personally we are not people who enjoy extremely touristy towns. Felt like Ocean City if that’s a vibe you’re into. We are not big fans of crowded beaches and mediocre food that’s overpriced. On the other hand Portsmouth was really enjoyable for us, great food, adorable town and only a short drive away.

Love this place! Right on the sand view to die for!

This home was exactly what we wanted for our beach vacation. It was an easy walk to the beach, so we didn't have to pay for parking. The neighborhood was safe and private, so we could also be away from the hustle and bussle. We were an easy drive from everywhere we planned to visit as well. Josh and the team were very responsive before, during, and after our visit. I will definitely check their listings first for all future visits to the area!

I will be back! I love the location so much and felt comfortable and safe. The food was amazing form every place I chose. The beach being right outside the doorstep can’t be beat. Janine was always responsive immediately. I was very grateful for that. If you’re a single person or even a small family with a child, this is a great spot. The sound of the ocean re-centered me and now I’m ready to get back to selling NC! 🏡
