You have access through the garden area, where you can stay freely. The studio offers a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Towels and shampoo provided. A box spring, seating, (work/dining) table and kitchenette with refrigerator and induction hob (not suitable for extensive cooking). Coffee and tea, WiFi, TV with Netflix are provided. Supermarkets and bus stop a few minutes' walk away. ASML is only a 10-minute walk. Drugs and smoking cannabis are not permitted on the entire site.

Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary vacation home with private entrance and has recently been renovated in a part of a long gable farm, where once was the cow barn and hayloft. The living area has an entrance on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in the private garden. On the upper floor is the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

Maasbommel is located in the beautiful rural Land van Maas en Waal in recreation area De Gouden Ham, on the Maas. The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

After renovating our own house, a 1938 cow barn, we built an attractive studio with a large veranda and beautiful views of our house. The studio is newly built, vintage finds have been used for the interior and decoration. You can enjoy the tranquility, hiking, biking, and cities like Eindhoven, Den Bosch and Tilburg are only half an hour's drive away. Or consider the Efteling, Toverland, Utrecht and Antwerp.
