Cozy family home (close to the city center)

This family-friendly home is perfect for families. The house is located in a green and child-friendly neighborhood within walking and cycling distance from the center of 's-Hertogenbosch. In addition to a football cage, there are playgrounds and a supermarket. The house has a cozy front and back garden and features 3 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a single bed and a room with a double sofa bed. There is also an extra mattress that can be placed on the floor.

Begane grond met eigen keuken en ruime woonkamer en toegang tot tuin is volledig afsluitbaar. Op 1e verdieping is 1 slaapkamer met kingsize boxspring en ensuite badkamer. De toegang naar de bovenste woning is door middel van een aparte toegansdeur met slot. De ingang, trap en wasruimte op de 1e verdieping is gedeeld met de bovenste bewoner. Extra mogelijkheid tot huur van auto en of elektrische fiets (zie foto’s). Indien gewenst graag aangeven bij de reservering :) Dank!

Huis in Spaans stijl met fietsen.

Een vakantie midden in de stad, dat kan! In en rond Den Bosch is veel te doen en te zien. Fietsen te huur. Deze benedenwoning met 2 verdiepingen ligt op zichtafstand van het oude centrum. Het huis is prachtig! Er zijn twee grote slaapkamers en elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer met douche en/ of bad. Buiten zijn er 2 terrassen, een keuken en een vijver. Naast de slaapkamers een zitkamer, een woonkamer en een keuken. Parkeren is gratis. Supermarkt op 100 meter.

Spacious house with a lot of character next to uni

At 5 minutes walking distance from both the university, the Radboud UMC and the Goffertpark, my house is ideally located for visiting Nijmegen. The house is spacious and bright with a lot of character. There are two bedrooms (with a two-person bed each), a bathroom with bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely garden. Parking in the street is easy and free of charge. Both city centre and the start of the Vierdaagse are 10 minutes away.

He was such an amazing host, very kind from the beginning. he welcomed us with soda and a big smile. The place was also really but the best thing was his hospitality. One thing to notice is that he lives downstairs but he only entered the apartment once or twice and was very respectful with our privacy. On the last night he offered us to use his grill and paid for some food so we had a really nice evening with him. Such a great experience!

The apartment is cozy, clean and very well equipped. In fact, we have had two floors completely available for us. Maud and Nick made sure I felt welcomed and comfortable during my stay in Eindhoven. The place was great, spacious, clean. It was easy to walk to the Stripe-S station, and shopping areas too. I came to Tilburg to attend a good friend's wedding and explore, and this ended up being a great AirBnb choice with it's location being very close to the train station and a 10/15 walk from the town centre plus many other interesting places. The host was away during my stay however they were very responsive, friendly and helpful/accomodating both before and during my stay. Big thumbs up from me. Final word will be on the two cats who I shared the house with. They're both friendly and lovely cats though I did have had to bribe with some treats to get them out of the living spaces when leaving each time haha
