This place was beautiful! Fort Fisher is literally right next door! The place was clean,beautiful, quiet and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, the pool was well kept, and The view was hard to leave. Will be back. 🫶🏻

Beautiful beach front property! The condo was extremely clean and had a gorgeous view. Only a few steps until the ocean! Harmony had the condo fully stocked with all of the necessities, such as beach towels, beach chairs, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Also, Harmony was extremely responsive and was great to communicate with. The outdoor patio area that overlooked the ocean was a big plus. I would definitely stay here again!

We had the most incredible stay at this stunning beachfront Airbnb in North Topsail Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee on the private deck as the sun rose over the water felt like a dream. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully decorated, with a cozy coastal vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the living space was ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.

As soon as you walk in the door you see the amazing view of the ocean through the wall of glass doors onto the deck. The decor was very “beachy” and absolutely beautiful! Bathroom was clean and functional. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Just like home. Close access to the beach which we used 6 of the 7 days we were there. And right next to the pool! Extremely easy to find and to easy to access! Close to many restaurants! Book of instructions, favorite restaurants and things to do. Also a guest book that many who stayed there left great suggestions for food and fun. Our son and daughter in law stayed here in 2022 and recommended #501. Was our first time at Topsail and Gina made everything so easy! Was very quick to respond to every message I sent and super nice! Place was so cute and clean and just as described and we loved it!! Wish we coulda stayed longer!! We will absolutely be back!!!!

Wonderful week at Carolina Beach. Ryan’s condo was spotless and the amenities were exceptional. The location is perfect for sun bathing or a quick walk to shops, restaurants and the Boardwalk. The wrap around porch with multiple seating areas was perfect - you could always find a place in the shade or sun no matter what time of day. Sunrises just off the deck if you’re up early were serene and peaceful. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Ryan even left a pretty substantial ‘starter kit’ of coffee. snacks and toiletries to make the stay even easier. We rented 4 separate places for a family gathering and everyone agreed that this condo had the best space inside and out. Even saying they would try to book this condo on their next trip back. We rented 2 umbrellas and surfboard for the week and they were delivered and set up on the beach daily for us. There are no beach chairs at the rental - so you are on your own for that service. Thank you Ryan - great rental experience!

The condo was clean upon arrival, and the view was amazing! Lisa was very prompt at answering any questions. The balcony was small but still very nice, and the chairs were more comfortable than the normal wooden balcony chairs that have been at other rentals. It was very quiet, you couldn't hear anything from any neighboring condos. I would definitely stay here again if I chose to vacation in Atlantic Beach again.

This was a great stay! Great location, just by the boardwalk and great view of the ocean. The place was very clean and neat looking, just like the pictures show. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own coffee maker if you want coffee. We went to use the coffee maker in the kitchen and found it was riddled with mold. We cleaned it best we could, but ended up going out and buying a coffee maker to use during our trip. That is the only negative thing I can say about this place and it in no way takes away from how much we enjoyed the stay. I would highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Saltwater Resort. The room, or mini apartment we like to say, was immaculate, felt like home, and was well appointed. The bed was really comfortable making for a great nights sleep after beach days and the TV was huge and on a moveable mount, which was so nice. The ocean view from the 3rd floor was a lovely sight. You could hear the ocean waves crashing on the bank - that’s how close the resort is. Super easy, less than a block walk to the beach. Book your stay at this new, super clean, conveniently located resort. The owner/builder really did a beautiful job to make our 4 day meet up with friends nice and memorable, in the best of ways.

Don’t hesitate to stay in Christian and Karen‘s place at The Breakers in Beacons Reach. We have stayed multiple times now and will keep coming back. We travel frequently, including visiting PKS and surrounding areas often, and this property is the best of the best. The views, the convenience in and out, the access to the beach and the pool immediately out the front and back doors, the elevator next to the two covered parking spots, guest parking, luxury, level, linens, towels, furniture, professionally designed, well equipped with everything you need, including new beach chairs, boogie boards, Shibumi, and more than anything you would ever even need in your home kitchen. They even include pod detergent for washing clothes. Did I mention the views? In addition, they go the extra mile and connect with their guests in meaningful ways. My wife is OCD about cleanliness and she would say it’s the most clean Airbnb we have ever utilized. Great job with the reno too! See you soon.

From start to finish, our experience at Dee's condo was perfect! My favorite things: Dee's communication, the view from the condo balcony, the accessibility of the beach and pool, how clean and well equipped the condo was, and the number of fun family oriented activities nearby. Dee was super friendly and spent time answering all my questions and walking me through how to get the most out of my time there. She notified me several days before we arrived that the access code to the pool and gym had been changed. And she also kept me in the loop with a very minor maintenance visit that needed to be performed during our visit. The maintenance man (Steve) was very friendly and accommodating to our schedule and was in and out of the condo in less than 60 seconds! We had such a great time and I'm already talking with my husband about reserving her place again for next year!

This condo is nicely appointed and very comfortable, and within easy walking distance to the boardwalk. The property management is very friendly and easy to work with. A great experience, I'll definitely be back!

The stay was great, the photos accurately depicted the condo. Joseph was always responsive and timely. Overall it was a great location and condo. Some VERY minor cleanliness issues and/ or broken fixtures in the one bathroom but didnt impede the overall stay at all.

The unit was very clean! Perfect, perfect location. We were able to walk to the beach, boardwalk, and so many restaurants with ease.
