Welcome to The Sage Getaway at Bluff Mountain Nursery. Nestled at the top of the hill in the heart of our plant nursery, you’ll be surrounded by beauty and nature alike. Several greenhouses full of amazing plants to explore. You can also visit our farm to see chickens, pigs, sheep, goats and dogs. The Sage is located on 60 acres of wooded land, with hiking only minutes from the Appalachian Trail and 6 miles from Hot Springs, NC . It’s in a spectacular and unique location with easy road access.

Take a trip back in time to the 1930s and experience staying in a little red caboose in Andrews, NC. This one of a kind, fully renovated, Southern Railway caboose is located on 2 riverfront acres with stunning mountain and valley views. It has since been relocated, renovated, rejuvenated and found its way to the perfect location on our farm. Nestled in the beautiful foothills of the blueridge mountains, this one of a kind getaway is perfect for couples, small families or individuals. You can enjoy your morning coffee or stargaze at night from the rooftop deck, which boasts an amazing view of the South Mountains.

The RhodoDen

As its name suggests, The RhodoDen is a cozy 1974 Airstream Argosy nestled among the rhododendron of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Set along a trickling creek with a bonfire ring and a view of nearby Watch Knob, this is "glamping" at its finest. RhodoDen provides an idyllic place to relax, and is a great basecamp for hiking adventures, dining and nightlife in Asheville and Black Mountain, both of which are only 15 minutes away. Plus we are pet friendly! Update 3/24: We built a roof!

Surf Bus

The surf bus is a beautiful boho style cottage, with a full bed, sitting area and kitchen. The bath house is separate. To those of you that have been here before, the new location is just as magical but definitely different than the previous spot. The outdoor shower allows you enjoy sunshine, moonlight and starlight. It is also very spacious. The yard is sunny and open with a picnic table and grill. Perfect for the more adventurous:) Must be mobile and agile to enjoy :)
