Prime Royalty was very proactive and detailed with everything we needed to find the location, get inside, etc so we were very pleased with the ease of arriving and leaving. The inside was completely remodeled just like photos, was very clean, nice furnishings, comfortable and surprisingly quiet as it was on a busy street with a car/tire shop right next door. We didn't hear anything and slept well. Very cozy with a lot of nice touches in design and amenities. Well done.

We enjoyed our stay here and it was comfortable for us to sleep 4 people. The bedrooms were nice and bathroom recently updated. We experienced some loud noise from the above neighbors on a Sunday morning but other than that it was quite. There is a nice washer and dryer with detergent that we used too. It was also nice to be close to Pershing field park and not far to get on the PATH train into NYC.

Cleanliness and Location is what our main focus is in when we were looking for a place in New York! This place had it ! We understand why all the reviews talked about the house conditions and repairs but that did not bother us one bit! Also it’s a beautiful home and when I tell you clean ! I loved my stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was cozy, clean, and well equipped having a washer and dryer at the property made things so much easier during my trip. The location was perfect, just 5 to 10 minutes from everything I needed, including restaurants, parks, hospitals, and nearby colleges. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We had a great time at the airbnb. The house is beautiful, well furnished, and comfortable. The location is great - easy drive from NYC to get out into nature and take a break from the city. Robin was a fantastic host - very communicative and responsive, provided plenty of guidance on what to do in the area. Hope to be able to come again soon.

We had a wonderful Hudson Valley stay at this property. Our grand-daughters loved sleeping together in the bedroom with two double beds; and my wife and I, plus our two daughters and their husbands enjoyed good nights of sleep in the three bedrooms containing a double or queen bed. The kitchen was well equipped; and the huge living room with large dining table was perfect for the children to play, the adults to relax, and all of us to eat. The artwork in the house gave it character, the views of the Hudson River were a treat, and the location was great for visits to Storm King Art Center and Legoland NY. The email which I brought along from AirBnB had the correct street, but the wrong numerical address; however, AirBnB promptly helped us find the correct address and helped us get into the house. Of all the houses which we have rented for family weekends, this was absolute the best one.

Everything about our stay was great! The home was comfortable, beautiful, clean, unique, as described, with amazing views! We would definitely stay here again when coming to the City. Alex was a very responsive host from the very first contact. All of our questions were answered within minutes. I would recommend this home and working with Alex any time!

We had a lovely stay- large family in town for a college graduation. The kitchen was great for cooking, large dining tables both inside and on the large screened porch. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, which was stocked with plenty of wood and the pool table. We had one issue and the owners were very responsive. Make sure you bring slippers because shoes aren’t allowed in the house and the basement floor is chilly. Definitely recommend the house.

I’ve stayed with Shahid twice now and always had a positive experience. The space is awesome, located right in the heart of Brooklyn. It’s very clean and comfortable and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

A group of us stayed here for a friend’s wedding. It was a last minute booking after another house fell through, but honestly we are lucky we ended up here instead! The apartment is newly renovated with a great kitchen and modern bathrooms. It’s very spacious with a good amount of privacy - useful in our case when getting ready for events. The location was a little quiet but generally central enough to be accessible to the venues and Manhattan for our return back home. Thank you, Ying!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The outdoor space was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed lounging by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The kids had a blast with the swing set and in the playroom. Just a heads-up: cell signal is limited in the area, but the WiFi worked well and kept us connected. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

My husband and I stayed for a month and we had a fantastic stay. The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well appointed and easy to work in. The property is so peaceful and serene. We spent most of our time by and in the pool and it was so relaxing. Summer was an amazing host, always responding within just a few minutes.

We had a fantastic time, the highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and it also had heating facilities making it perfect for a refreshing swim. The stay was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals when we wanted to. The bedrooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were spotless. Our host, Israel, was incredibly welcoming and responsive. He provided us with all the information we needed and were quick to address any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway for a large group of people with a great pool. We hope to visit again soon!

Our second time at Hopewell Junction did not disappoint. We love this home because Anuja really understands what a guest needs and would like - so many extra touches, like beautiful linens, nice soaps and shampoos, wood for fire, lots of cookware and serving pieces, and beautiful art. Beds are comfy and towels are top notch. It snowed while we were there, beautiful, and the drive was promptly plowed. Our friends speak Danish, and they kept using the word hygge for the house. (Cosy and welcoming) We agree and will definitely be back. Thank you Anuja for another lovely stay!

Daisy was so great to work with throughout the entire process. Her place is gorgeous. The town and surrounding area is just magical. Great for a relaxing time just getting away and relaxing. 10/10 would recommend. Cannot wait to go back.
