I had an amazing stay at Ahmed’s beautiful sea-view apartment in Sidi Beshr, Alexandria. The view alone was breathtaking and made the experience unforgettable. Ahmed went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving an incredible variety of snacks for us to enjoy at no extra cost—such a generous and thoughtful touch! He also allowed us to check out as late as 4 or 5 PM without any additional charges, which was incredibly kind and accommodating. Thank you so much, Ahmed, for making our stay so special. I truly appreciate your hospitality and hope to stay at your place again in the future! Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Alexandria!

C’est un super appartement avec une très belle vue sur la mer, on se croirait sur un bateau. Il est bien aménagé, et il peut accueillir une famille facilement. Ahmed est une personne sympathique qui vous donnera tous les renseignements nécessaires. Je recommande vivement cet appartement aux voyageurs !

The place is clean and has a private pool right, in front of the beach and has 2 queen beds and 6 full beds so it can accommodate up to 10 adults or more with kids. It’s good for family gatherings. The place is quiet and Samah is super nice and underrating. It doesn’t have A/C’s but I didn’t need it. It was cold at night already, but keep in mind that my reservation was in June, I would rent it again if I’m going to do the same family gathering. Pros: beach front, clean and plenty of room. Cons: the resort has nothing to do and some items in the villa need renovation.

كانت رحلة ممتعة وتجربة ممتازة في الفيلا من جميع النواحي الحمدلله ، القرية أمنه والناس محترمين ، تسجيل الوصول سهل وسريع ومرن جدا خصوصا مع صعوبة اوقات رحلات طائرتي ، النظافة ممتازة وكل الحاجيات متوفرة وكان هناك مساعدة خاصه للتنظيف بسعر رمزي ، البحر قريب جدا ومتوفر سوبر ماركت وخدمات ووجود التكييف كان رائع! المضيفة جيهان لطيفة وودودة ومرنه بالتعامل وكانت على تواصل معنا طوال الرحلة بكل رحابة. اخطط لاعادة التجربة بالتأكيد

Beautiful beach at a walking distance. The house was clean and well air conditioned with a good, equipped kitchen. The compound had too much construction and the workers tend to stare which made it somewhat uncomfortable. Very pleasant experience overall and the hosts were super courteous and attentive.

مكان جميل جدا وهادي وخاص، الفيلا كبيرة والمطبخ مجهز وحمام السباحة نظيف وما شاءالله استاذ احمد دائما جاهز للمساعدة والرد علي اي استفسارات والشيخ رضا مسؤول رعاية الحديقة ما قصروا. تجربة رائعة واكيد كل زيارة بنكررها في نفس المكان وارشحه للعائلات الكبيرة والصغيرة مناسب جدا. موجود معظم انواع المطاعم والكافيهات داخل وخارج المارينا.

My family and I had a wonderful stay - walking to the beach for our kids to play and watch the sunset, plunging into the pool, and enjoying breakfast on the balcony. It was a lovely escape from Cairo and close enough to pop over to Alex for some sight seeing.

A very nice property. Very friendly supportive host. Beautiful environment with direct access to lovely sandy beach and magic turquoise sea. The villa is very comfortable and has own parking spot. Everything was working. The host even left us some Snacks and drinks. Would definitely come back

The apartment was exactly as described and matched the photos — super clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Moataz was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout, and he kindly arranged for an early check-in so we could enjoy the full first day. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place , and great location right on the beach. Charming views of All Alexandria beach . Private entrance and two lifts make it very easy to get in and out. All types of restaurants are very close and shopping centers . In this place you will be in center of Alexandria which you can go anywhere with local taxi , and uber . Mr Amr is great and friendly and has a great communication. We have been welcomed and felt at home. I do recommend Mr Amr apartment for anyone looking for great place to enjoy Alexandria. Wenn wir 10 Sterne geben könnten würden wir dies tun. Eine richtig tolle Airbnb Erfahrung. Achmed ist äußerst professionell, jederzeit gut erreichbar, proaktiv und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sogar früher in die Unterkunft und auch länger bleiben. Es sind nur 2 Minuten Fußweg zum wunderschönen Strand. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt und ist zudem sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Dekoration, die der Wohnung einen persönlichen Charakter verleiht. Das Internet ist hervorragend, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bett ist total bequem. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung jederzeit weiter auch für Langzeitaufenthalte. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Staying at Nabil's house was like staying at home ..I highly recommend to stay at his house ..he is so friendly and helpful ..you will find everything available in the house as if you are in a highly rated hotel.. the towels, the soup, even the kitchen spices, the oil , tea and water are available .. Our stay was amazing he took us to beautiful beaches and was always available for any help or inquires...Go ahead and book at Nabil's house you will enjoy a lot :)
