Beautiful, private, 648 sq foot 2-floor studio with ocean views, 2 miles north of Gualala across from Cooks Beach, above and beside a garage behind the main house. This is a cozy but stunning space, with three big, brand-new skylights providing ocean views, amazing light, and views from every window. The lower full bath and kitchen / dining room lets out to small private patio and attached small greenhouse with citrus trees and herbs, with fenced garden and clearing with ocean views nearby.
