Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in North East Lincolnshire

Sam's apartment was exactly as described and perfect for my stay while working in the surrounding area. Very comfortable and felt at home straight away, clean, tidy and very easy to find with allocated parking space. Highly recommended.

A well presented, well located property. Being in centre of village there is some traffic noise but it is a great alternative to central Grimsby if you need to be in the area.

The flat was airy and elegant with an unexpected bonus of beautiful shared gardens around the apartment building. It had lovely period features styled in a modern scheme, with high ceilings and a sense of space. It was very nice indeed to have two bathrooms. We didn’t like that the guest WiFi had no password. We liked the security arrangements on the building and the apartment itself, and parking was very convenient, as was the location near the centre of town. Helen was a great host and sorted out a small problem for us in super-quick time. We had the feeling she would be there if we needed anything but was not obtrusive in any way.

Had an amazing 2 night stay, and loved everything about the place. The location was great, parking was available, beds were comfy, and the apartment had all we needed as a base for a couple of days break. Will be looking to book again in the summer for a couple more nights away.

This has been the best one we have stayed in, after 6 visits in 12 months. Walking distance to the train station and local shops. Gated property so felt really safe stealing the old mans car and being away from the main roads it was lovely and quiet. 2 sets of keys plus the lock box set.....full instruction booklet. Impressive. Everything was spotless when we arrived and it felt welcoming. Great sized rooms, the beds were amazingly comfortable and the bathrooms were easy to work. The quality of the furnishings were something else and we loved little Ted sitting in his chair by the window, not to mention the cute little door stops. Fully stocked kitchen, perfect if you are there for a few days or weeks. This would be my go too from now on. The entire building was spotless and when you did meet another resident, they were always friendly. The owner was lovely and was quick to respond....invaluable. Will be very happy to use Sarah Jane's properties again. 1st rate, 10 out 10.

We felt very at home in Tony’s apartment. It is very spacious. All amenities were good. It is quiet and private and we had our own off road parking space.

Such a beautiful place with lovely surroundings. Cottage was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The house was very well presented as per the description. The house was clean throughout and all was working fine. Clear instructions and guidance notes inside the house. Sofa bed was very comfortable (even for someone who's 5 ft 10 ins). Main bed was comfortable too. Great location, with shops only a few minutes walk and the beach 5 to 10 minutes walk (depending on how fast one walks). ooh. the water was nice and soft. very thoughtful touch I would certainly stay here again. Host very responsive and honest with the description of the property. The place was squeeky clean and very comfortable

Absolutely loved our stay at Ryan and Steph’s home. Lovely location, 5 minutes walk to the boating lake and land train and 20 minute walk to the pier. Local shop and takeaway at the end of the road. The house is immaculate, and has all the amenities you could ask for. The garden is private and well kept and we had a relaxing time in the hot tub. The Prosecco was an added treat, thanks x

15 minute drive to the auditorium where we were working for the week. Comfy bed, good shower, plenty of parking. 4 double beds, 4 sets of keys so we could come and go as we please. No complaints from us. Great everything. Thanks very much.

The house was lovely, decorated really nice, and little touches which made it perfect, fresh towels and toiletries, tea, coffee sugar, milk and hot chocolate available and then there was slso biscuits, crisps and sweets and they even put cans of pop in the fridge, which i thought was very thoughtful . Would definitely go again and recommend to anyone to stay there.

Great homely home - very clean with nice furnishings comfy beds and in v central location

I booked it for a group of contractors, and it was a great experience. There are two 4 bedroom houses next to each other. Both houses were very cosy, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for everyone. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I will definitely recommend these properties and would book again.

A really nice place. Quiet location, which was exactly what we wanted. Very comfortable inside with a garden area that our dog liked a lot. We only stayed one night but would have liked to have stayed longer

Adrian’s place is stunning clean and bright with beautiful furnishings..really feels like home from home ..amazing sea view from the bay window where you can sit and eat breakfast and watch the world go by …fully equipped kitchen with everything you need ..the flat is huge with a long corridor ..lots of space and storage in the cosy bedrooms ..the bathroom is lovely with a great hot shower ..we especially loved the quality thick towels that smelt fresh ..the little outside space is a sun trap .so nice to sit out there with a cuppa ..we slept well as it was extremely quiet and peaceful at night ..Adrian was on hand if ever we needed anything..we really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend to friends and family ..we will definitely be back for another stay ..location is perfect less than ten mins to walk into the hustle and bustle..also round the corner there’s a shop 5 mins away and a bus stop bang outside the flat ..this place has it all

Great little apartment, perfect if you're staying in the area for work or holiday! when you first arrive, stop at the black bull inn pub, as that's where you will be parking, and the easiest way to find Stephen (the landlord).

I know cleethorpes very well as I was born there and I travel back regularly so I can say I know the area and accommodation well. This is in a prime spot close to a busy shopping avenue (all the shops, bars, cafes etc you need) and just a short walk to the branch and pier. Despite this the accommodation itself is very peaceful and quiet. Spotlessly clean with a sink, full size fridge (not a mini fridge) and microwave in your room which is handy. Full access to a fully working and equipped kitchen with hob, oven, all the pots and pans you need and two washing machines and two dryers. Host got back to me immediately when I had a question about the television which gave me the confidence to know I would be looked after if there was a problem. I personally wouldn’t stay anywhere else now I have found this and will be going back in a few months.

Excellent accommodations first a weekend away with friends. Loves having two bedrooms and a common living area. Much more comfortable than a hotel room. Also really great that there was a TV in each bedroom as well as in the lounge!

Sharon was an ideal host. She was very communicative and sweet. The flat was clean and comfortable and she even put out a bowl with dog food and provided milk when we arrived. It’s easy to see how much thought she has put into to the flat and how much care is put into to maintaining it. We travel to Hull frequently to visit family and this is by far the best air bnb stay we’ve had there. We look forward to booking the flat again soon!
