Our rate is $230/Night plus a one time cleaning fee of $70. BOTH of these fees include the HST, (Sales Tax) Book 7 days? Pay only for 6. Just 2 km from the Cabot Trail and Margaree Forks, our Guesthouse can just be a place to relax or can serve as an excellent location for exploring the area and the island. We are close to beaches, golfing and fishing venues. Also, contrary to google Maps, (and some GPS's) our actual address, is Margaree Forks, B0E 2A0 not SW Margaree.

A perfect location to kayak, swim, river tube or fish within walking distance of 6 salmon pools, plenty of free parking, your home away from home awaits your arrival. This modern crafted tiny house on wheels will make you feel like you're in a beautiful hull of a boat. The Boat House has 2 lofts, one double bed accessed by ladder and the other has stairs leading up to a queen bed, accommodating 4 people. This tiny house offers a fully appointed spacious kitchen, a 3 piece bathroom including a flush toilet, as well as Wifi, smart TV, a wood stove and AC. Kayaks & SUP’s, BBQ shelter use are included with your stay.

Swallow Bank Cottage #3 on the Margaree River

This one bedroom cottage is located in Margaree Centre. Our four, full housekeeping cottages sit along the Margaree River, just minutes from the Cabot Trail. Cottage 3 has been recently renovated inside and out. New bathroom, upgraded kitchen, and a queen bed with a luxury Logan & Cove mattress. The cottage also has a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space. Check in is anytime after 3pm. Check out is 11am.
