Amazing way to kick off the summer season with a stay at Martina’s beautiful cottage! The decor is lovely, everything was clean and uncluttered but warm and welcoming. The view of the gorgeous meadow, river and the Catskill mountains in the distance cannot be beat. Sitting on the deck enjoying the birds, butterflies, bunnies and lightening bugs was incredibly relaxing. The location is great for exploring the nearby towns of Tivoli, Red Hook and Germantown. You can also explore a bit further to Bash Bish Falls and the Harlem Valley Rail trail. The soaking tub and waterfall shower are also wonderful amenities to come home to after an active day exploring all the area has to offer. Martina is an excellent host who is easy to communicate with and she is very responsive to any inquiries. I highly recommend this location!

We had an incredible stay at Frank’s place. Rarely do airbnbs exceed our expectations, and this one blew ours away. It was so much nicer than the photos. The lake view, the renovations, everything. We will 100% be back

Olga's beautiful modern house in Upstate New York is a real gem nestled near a wild forest. The spacious house offers plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day exploring the area. The location offers a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure, with plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. Olga was a fantastic host – incredibly responsive and flexible, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself is stunning, with modern amenities and stylish decor. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this Airbnb!

This place is truly a gem! We enjoyed swimming in the waterfalls and relaxing under the trees. We can’t wait to return. The house is also lovely with lots of interesting and quirky touches that we enjoyed. Incredibly well stocked kitchen and everything we could want!

This home is a great retreat in the Catskills, it feels intimate while still having the space for you and other guests. Would visit again!

A very lovely place to stay! The description matched the place exactly. We enjoyed spending a lot of time outside on the deck bird watching and even saw some fish jumping in the river. The property is also very private which was a huge plus -- no visible neighbors in any direction while spending time outside. Seth was a very responsive host and did a great job with the design of the house. There were lots of thoughtful touches that made the stay extra nice. Would love to stay again!

Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing and fun getaway. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. My boyfriend and I took a weekend trip to Catskill four our anniversary. Margaret’s place was PERFECT. The house itself was so charming and provided the perfect location for a cozy weekend getaway. The area was very walkable, and have lots of shops and restaurants. Margaret was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions right away. She also provided a great list of recommended activities, restaurants, and breweries. We definitely plan on visiting again soon to finish off the list. Thanks again for a memorable experience!

Agnieszka was easy to work with, and a very considerate host. The condo was perfect for us. We were especially delighted to discover a standard queen bed in a separate little bedroom, in addition to the living room sofa bed pictured on the Airbnb site. Everything we needed was available and easy to find in this thoughtfully equipped apartment. The setting is quiet and lovely. From our private balcony vantage point the nearby pool and pickleball courts appeared to be well maintained. If we have the opportunity to return to the Catskills/Windham NY area, we will definitely hope to book this condo again.

Craig’s place was great! Bedrooms were a good size and beds were very comfortable. Nice open living space. Beautiful grounds. Everything was clean and we had whatever we needed in the kitchen. Very private and quiet location. Would definitely stay again!

We were absolutely charmed by this stunning house, surrounded by breathtaking nature and offering incredible views—especially over the lake. Every corner is filled with character and warmth, making it feel like a true hidden gem. A huge thank-you to our wonderful host Sandy, who was incredibly thoughtful and proactive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll be back without a doubt!

This is a lovely house very close to New Paltz. We had a nice long weekend with the kids and loved spending time in the pool. Susan was a great host. No complaints!

The cottage is lovely, clean, and immaculately decorated. Great taste. We enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for our four year old given how shallow half of it was, and how the temperature was perfect, even on days when it wasn’t too hot outside. We hadn’t realize that the kitchen didn’t include an oven or microwave—but even so, we had a great time and enjoyed the fire pit! WiFi was a bit spotty but the hosts went above and beyond to try to help. Highly recommend!

Great location on top of the mountain overlooking wilderness, the place was amazing. Nearby local towns and hikes, me and my fiancé had an amazing time with our dogs.

We had a serene and luxurious stay at Fil and Ellie’s. The inside of the home is comfortable and they seem to have thought of every detail. We so enjoyed the peace and quiet, the views of the beautiful trees, and our soaks in the tub. This felt like a private oasis- a true slice of heaven.

Incredibly thoughtful hosts, who have made the place feel at home as soon as you walk in. The bed was witchy - I can’t remember having such a cloud nine rest and beautiful dreams sleeping not in my bed. Rooms were spotless and pristine. Overall very home-felt feeling. It made me sad to leave the place. Highly recommending, especially to those seeking to have a “retreat” and rejuvenating time, and don’t miss the sunrises on the premises.

Our group of 6 had a great time at PE's cabin! The place looks nice in pictures, but even better in person. It is uniquely decorated, cozy, and functional. We spent most of our time at skiing Catamount only 20 minutes away, so although had to squeeze a bit for sleeping (still comfortable, but had one guest sleeping on a floor mattress and another on the couch) this was still perfect for our needs as we could all comfortably hang out together in the living room! PE was always quick to answer any questions and gave clear instructions for how to check in. Overall a great place to stay.

Samantha & Kellen were amazing hosts and their place was so lovely!!! The house was even better than the photos - everything was clean, amenities were great, kitchen was well-stocked w/ tons of plates/cups/pots/pans, and most of all, the view was breathtaking - all you see is mountains and trees!! Can't think of anything that could've been improved! As the house is in the mountains & we went during a particularly high-tick season after lots of rain, our dog picked up a decent amount of ticks walking outside the property. Samantha & Kellen were super responsive and helpful, and went out of their way to get the tick sprayer & lawn mowers come out during our week-long stay. Would love to come back!!!

The cottage truly is a gem, and Anne is the best! I had a lovely and relaxing weekend. Millerton has a bit of everything. Great restaurant options in town and nearby Lakeville, nature, art, antiques etc. Can’t wait to come back!

We so enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable and the hosts were very communicative and were able to accommodate an early check in!
