The old nave "monastery" was built as the 8th house built in Ording and used to be a pastorate, school and poor house. It's been freshly restored. The house may be nice, but the location is even better. 150 m from the official beach entrance, the best beach section and fish rolls and yet quite quiet. Our modern, very bright, approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a detached house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with an open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with a sauna and a sunken garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

Shepherd's hut Wolkenzauber

Enjoy pure nature and stay in our shepherd's wagon (similar to tiny houses) in the middle of the sheep pasture. The wagons are comfortably furnished with full bathroom and small kitchen, so you won't miss anything. The shepherd's wagons are close to the main building of the Friesenhof - there you can have all the other amenities: breakfast buffet, farm shop, wellness, children's paradise, bike rental, fireplace, etc.

80 m² apartment with outdoor pool and infrared cabin

The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 in the basement and in the spring of 2024 on the first floor. Therefore, some of the interior does not yet have pictures. The apartment is at one of the narrowest points of the island in Rantum. In about 5 minutes' walk you are on the sea side or on the mudflat side. The unit has its own garden area with beach chair. Pool is available from May to approx. mid-September.

Small happiness - secluded location, sauna

Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 square meters for 2 (up to 4) people on 2 levels - the sleeping area is located in the light-flooded upper floor. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.

With this unique home, all the important points of contact are close by, making it easy to plan your stay. The luxurious thatched-roof house Hermine is located on the outskirts of Tammensiel. The sea is just a few minutes walk. Enjoy the magnificent view of the island from the over 40 sqm open living-dining area. Or walk through the large veranda door right out into nature.

Only 5 minutes walk from the beach, at the same time centrally located in the center of the island – this is Wenningstedt on Sylt. In our traditional aparthotel, we offer fully equipped apartments with a generous garden, the small fine wellness area and our tea lounge with library in the main house. The house can be booked for 4 persons. Cozy warm with oven and sauna. Beach and shopping are within walking or cycling distance . You will love my accommodation because of the peace and the good air and the kilometer-wide view over the fields as well as the immaculate condition. My place is suitable for couples, solo travelers, and families.
