Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

This beautifully restored and spacious home is perfectly located in a quiet street with a private car park close to Hobart CBD and just 1 km from Salamanca Place. Only metres to a beachfront park. You’ll rarely need the car to explore the best of Hobart. Battery Point, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops are all within 1km walking distance. All day sun, faux fireplace and central heating for warmth. Modern amenities coupled with classic features makes Balmoral cottage a home away from home.

The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

Nestled away in bustling North Hobart is Little Arthur. Brother to Little Elizabeth, Little Arthur has all the conveniences at your door while also providing the comforts of home. After braving the elements during Hobart's notorious winter and filling bellies with world class food and wine, warm yourself by the fire or soak in the claw foot tub while perusing the many books on offer. Located within 50 metres of the North Hobart's entertainment strip; full of restaurants, wine bars, cafes and cinema and within walking distance of city centre. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and bigger groups.
