Fall in love with the stunning scenery surrounding this place. The villa is located on the shore of Sirkkalampi by the beautiful clear water. It is located about 17 km from the city center. The cottage has running cold and hot water. The water is drinkable. Also an indoor toilet and shower. Wooden sauna with a beautiful view of the pond. There are kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine. The sunlight comes to the cottage all day long.

Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. In winter, you can access the ski slope from the ice in front of the cottage. In addition, the ski slopes of the Timitra ski resort are within walking distance of the cottage. In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, city services are available a few kilometers away.

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the courtyard of the main house for year-round living. For guests staying several nights during the heating season, in addition to electricity, there is oven heating. Wood is ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. Outokumpu is about 10 minutes away and Joensuu is about 30 minutes away. Koli is about an hour away and Valamo Monastery is about 30 minutes away by car. Vaikka pieni, moderni ja tyylikäs saunatupa on osa asuttua pihapiiriämme, löydät täältä rauhaa, luontoa, yksityisyyttä ja ihanat maisemat. Vesistössä loistavat kalastusmahdollisuudet. Lisäksi kohde soveltuu erinomaisesti etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Kalastukseen vuokrattavissa moottori veneeseen. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana.

A secluded cabin at the tip of a headland

Historian havinaa tarjoaa Vuorineuvos S.A. Tervon itselleen aikanaan rakennuttama piilopirtti lammen rannalla omassa rauhassa niemenkärjessä. Tunnelmallinen sähköistetty mökki tarjoaa rauhaa luonnon keskellä ollen kuitenkin vain n. 15km päässä Nurmeksen kaupungin palveluista (Bomba, Hyvärilä n. 10min ajomatkan päässä). Matala, kalaisa lampi tarjoaa hyvät virkistysmahdollisuudet ja ympäristöstä löytyy hyvät sieni- ja marjamaat. Idyllinen kohde myös perheen kesken mökkeilyyn!

Little cottage in the tranquility of nature

Nature's peace is present. Neighbors are not visible and very rarely heard. The area marked in green in the last picture (3ha of forest land) is available for dog activities or even for riding an ATV. The rivers converge on the plot, creating a fair amount of coastline. You can sit on the river bank in the evening and listen to the otter or beaver splashing. Or a worm-eater surprising prey. Behind the river, I find a sandy desert covered with pines and lichens.

Kuohu - sauna cabin on the shore of a rapid

Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage built in 2015 on the banks of a small river. In the noise of the rapids, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue or campfire. The cottage is located along a small sandy road, completely in its own peace. Koli National Park is about a 30-minute drive, Höytiäinen beach is just over 2km away. We rent canoes and have picnic packages with local products.
