Beach house holiday rentals in North Litchfield Beach

Our stay at this beautiful beachfront property was everything we hoped for and more. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and beautifully designed for comfort. Everything we needed was right there—from beach chairs and towels to thoughtful little extras that made us feel truly welcome. Mary was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and genuinely caring. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay, and it showed in every detail. Being just steps from the beach made every morning and evening feel magical. Whether we were lounging on the sand or enjoying a quiet coffee with the waves in the background, it was pure perfection. We can’t wait to come back. We had the best time! Pelican Porch was perfect for lots of space for the kids and adults. We loved all the porches and spent a lot of time underneath the house where there was picnic space, play space, showers, and backyard down to the dock. No matter what the weather was, there was always a nice cool breeze! The outside showers were great to rinse off from the beach. The linens were so comfortable and crisp. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. It was also very nice for every bedroom to have their own bathroom with a sink and toilet. The shower/tub in between bedrooms was great. We made many special memories and really appreciate Donald’s attentiveness! Thank you!

We had a wonderful winter beach stay at Gardenia with our family of 5. It was well stocked with toys and books for young children. It was extremely clean and decorated beautifully including high-end linens. The outside staircase makes it difficult to use the downstairs king bedroom if you have young children but we made it work. It is across the street from the beach and creek boat ramp, which was extremely convenient. Lots of attention to small details made it feel like home! Anna was friendly and very responsive. We would definitely book again!

Barrett was a great host and the property was as described. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Check-in was smooth. Location was wonderful - a block back from the beach a quick walk or drive to the pier. I would highly recommend adding the golf cart - we loved exploring the area in it and it was a big hit with the kids! I reached out a few times before the trip and Barrett and his team were very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests/questions. The pool was smaller than we expected, but it worked for our young children. There were also no toiletries provided, but I may have missed that in the property description. Overall we had a great experience and I would stay here again. Thanks Barrett!

Our small golf group ventured off the beaten path and picked this beautiful home for our stay in Pawley's Island and we had a blast. The place is great, easily accommodating us and the location right on the water & marsh areas was spectacular. Internet & cell phone service no problem, along with easy access to the great golf courses we played (Caledonia, True Blue & Pawley's Plantation). Our vacation was the best ever and staying at this beautiful home helped make it even better.

Beautiful house in the perfect location. We had everything we could possibly need in one spot. Beach is steps away from the house. The pool and hot tub are wonderful options when you don't want the beach. Lots to do inside for rainy days. Kids loved the xbox. Fully stocked kitchen for family meals. Beds are great! Plenty of room to spread out. Amber is a fantastic host! Hope to be back next year. Best vacation ever!

The minute we walked in the kids asked if we could move there! Everyone had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views and everything this place had to offer. The long dock and gazebo were icing on the cake! The drive to everywhere was easy and reasonably close. We will for sure be back!! Loved everything about it!

A DREAM beachfront vacation, especially for families with young children. The house is very clean. We had the pool heated for our stay- the pool is perfect for everyone in the family. Our children especially loved having the ability to enjoy themselves in the water on the tanning ledge. The master bedroom has the most beautiful view. The private beach access was great. We loved having our meals on the screened in porch. The charcoal grill was great for burgers & hotdogs for lunches and dinners. The 4 rocking chairs on the deck porch were relaxing for the morning cup of coffee or the evening cocktail. Plenty of parking. Pack & play available. I had happy tears arriving to this listing- it truly is a gem beachfront rental. It has everything you would need to enjoy a family vacation at the beach. There were even beach toys for the kids, lounge chairs and a beach umbrella. Kristen was VERY responsive. Thank you for offering such a beautiful vacation home for families to make memories

Do not miss out on staying at this beautiful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. All the amenities were top-notch. You could stay at the house the entire week and be completely happy without going anywhere. The pool and outdoor area are absolutely breathtaking. There's plenty of living space inside the house for everybody to not feel overcrowded. Our family had the best vacation ever! Looking forward to the next one.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home in Surfside Beach, SC! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had a peaceful, welcoming vibe. The breeze and ocean views were amazing, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The host was exceptional—kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and our dog. The home was exactly as listed, with cozy linens, plenty of dish/laundry soap, and great amenities. We were there during the King Tide—no flooding and a cool experience. Minor note: a broom and ice would’ve been nice, but easy to manage. GPS may route you to a nearby public lot across the canal; future guests might appreciate delivery instructions in the welcome info. Overall, a fantastic, pet-friendly spot that we highly recommend. We’d gladly return!

This house was absolutely perfect! Beautiful and cozy. Had everything our family needed for a perfect family get away. The kitchen is much more beautiful in person. The house is so conveniently located. The beach was just about a mile away and the grocery store, restaurants, and other stores at walking distance. I would definitely vacation here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at High Tide! We rented golf carts and it was a breeze to explore and could be at the beach in just a few minutes. The house was roomy and comfortable. Lots of nice pool & beach toys and chairs. They are extremely nice and quickly responded to all my inquiries. The pool was great! I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay. Bobby was very responsive when asked questions. The place was clean, roomy and had all amenities needed. With some extras! Comfortable beds, nice furnishings and good water pressure for the shower! We loved the outdoor deck, nice clean gas bar-b-q and beach supplies. The place is close to a nice beach and within driving distance to lots of restaurants and shops. We loved it and definitely recommend!!!

The stay was great! Spent the weekend there with 9 guests and this place accommodated us all! The cleanliness of the place was great! Matthew was a great host and had fast response time. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet . The neighbors were very very friendly as well! I would highly recommend this location! It’s perfect for large groups and a quiet get away !

This Airbnb was even nicer than the pictures! It’s renovated and decorated beautifully! The AC worked exceptionally well even though it was one of the hottest weeks of the summer! I wish we could stayed much longer. We’ll definitely be back!

It was great staying here. The place was very clean and very nice. The pool and hot tub area provided a great hangout spot and access to the beach was easy and great. If you are looking to have a nice day with a group, I would recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Corey and Brittany’s place! The place was spotlessly clean, the bedroom was very comfortable, and the interiors and rooms were beautifully decorated with great attention to detail—it really felt like home. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals. The host was welcoming and made sure everything was just right. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Came down for a guys golf trip and the stay was excellent. The pool was perfect after a day on the course. The location was prime for the golf courses we played on Pawleys Island. Would recommend!
