The home is situated on the property behind the main home with partial lake views from each side of porch. 5 minutes by water from Jimmy Davis State Park swim area/beach. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, water sports, sitting near the water around the fire pit, and great fishing while relaxing at this country getaway.

Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway on Caney Lake. Our guesthouse is an updated mobile home that is right behind our main house. While the mobile home is not waterfront, we love for our guests to enjoy our floating boathouse and our yard (that is waterfront) with lounge chairs, hammock and a fire pit. Feel free to cast a line! If we are there staying in the main house, we desire for you to feel freedom enjoying these spaces! There are bream and bass galore so bring your fishing pole!

Located on a 2 acre peninsula on Pine Island, this 450 sf treehouse is surrounded by 1400 feet of Cross Lake. Beautiful open water and cypress tree views epitomize Louisiana lake living. The treehouse has an open concept living area with a queen bed, claw foot tub and equipped kitchenette, with countertop oven/toaster, microwave, coffee pot, electric skillet, refrigerator and sink. It accommodates two adults, no children or pets. Two night minimum stay, no exceptions.

This is a true Luxury floating home over looking Moon Lake on the Ouachita River. Park your boat under a covered slip right next to the cabin. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing get-a-way including kayaks, charcoal grill, parking for boat trailer and vehicle. We have a 35 year old minimum age limit and do not allow groups. The Blue House on Cross Lake

This cottage was built circa 1926 on Cross Lake as the home for Lonnie Erwin who owned a catfish restaurant next to his home. Back in the day it was popular to drive up from Shreveport if they caught enough catfish to serve. The restaurant closed in the mid 1940s and it and the cottage fell into disrepair. We renovated the cottage and restaurant (also on Airbnb as The Red House on Cross Lake) and brought them up to date.
