Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North Manly

What a magic place. Absolutely the theme of this spot is leave your car and just walk. Not our first rodeo on the Northern Beaches and this is definitely a prime spot. A beautiful, modern and open space and the outdoor area was perfect.

Incredible spot. We watched the dolphins leaping from the waves and couldn't have asked for more. We'll be back in whale season! Great setup. Highly recommended. Richard and Beck were great hosts. Really responsive and helpful. Avalon town is a great spot too. Lots of good places to eat and get coffee. minor notes: the path down to the rockpools is a little more advanced than anticipated. We turned back with our three year old. if you're napping kids in the middle of the day the blinds don't block much light coming in.

We really enjoyed our stay at Freshwater. The house was great and within easy reach to freshwater village/beach and Manly. The place was lovely and the beds were so comfortable which was great after an action packed day. There were some really nice touches such as milk, wine and other things so on arrival you didnt have to immediately go to the shop. Overall we would recommend this place to anyone wanting a good spot on the northern beaches. Next time we return to Sydney we would definitely look at this property again if available.

What a remarkable location - and a unique way to access the tree house via boat. Berowra Waters is a stunning place, and having your own little boat tied up to the jetty to jump into for a peaceful explore of the water at any time was definitely the highlight of the stay. The house is lovely and nestled in high trees and bushland with expansive views up the river, with the afternoon sun reflecting the undulating ripples of the water onto the ceiling of the lounge room like a meditative slideshow. The indoor fire was super cosy, with plenty of wood supplied. Outdoor bath was a treat even on a cold night. It was fun to be picked up and dropped back at the marina by knowledgeable locals - very friendly and helpful. Loved every moment !

Situated in beautiful quiet back street. Long walk down side of house to accommodation under main house. No problem for us but might be a little tough if you are not very ambulant. Fantastic walk down to the water through rainforest like vegetation to the ferry. Amazing. From ferry can get anywhere in the bay area. No kitchen or kitchen sink but they do offer to wash any dishes etc. So no cooking. Lots of food extras. Very happy with stay.

We had a relaxing weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Siro, the host, was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and stress-free. The property offers an unblocked beachfront view, providing a peaceful and private setting in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s free street parking space just right below the house, and the house is situated on the high side, giving it an elevated feel. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly — it made our trip even more enjoyable! The house was immaculate, with a spotless living room and bathroom. Thoughtful touches like complimentary towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even sunscreen were provided. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop and all the necessary cookware and utensils, meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Stephen’s place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s a simple setup, but had everything we needed for a short stay including comfortable beds. Communication was easy and check-in was smooth. A good option if you’re after something that is not luxurious but is bright and cheerful and well-kept. Would stay here again.

As soon as you walk in, it smells delightful and feels like a home with beautiful artwork and all of the little touches of tea, coffee and random little items you need over a three night stay. The location is amazing, though pushing the pram up the hill was a bit of a workout but felt good before having an afternoon red out on the back deck. The sounds of the birds and beautiful view of the sun setting was so lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed staying and will definitely be back. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Elise’s place . The unit was spacious , clean , close to the beach and restaurants . We took our dog which was amazing as Elise’s place has a private grass area he could run around and play . We will definitely be back

Robyn’s apartment was immaculate. Fantastic use of storage throughout including providing plenty of hangers in wardrobe. We loved opening up the balcony windows, watching the surfers and using the binoculars provided to watch the whales. The resident cockatoos were fun too. We would highly recommend Robyn’s place.

Peta and Grahams home is an oasis and perfect for one person or a couple for either a short or longer stay. The space is immaculate and every thing has been thought of with care and consideration. The fridge filled with essentials was a lovely surprise along with the welcome letter and chocolates. Being a local I was very familiar with the area but this would be a perfect place for interstate and overseas visitors to have a sense of a bushland setting, proximity to beautiful middle harbour bushwalks, the creek bubbling away in the rear yard at the same time being very easy to access the Sydney CBD. We absolutely loved our stay in Dee Why at Hendi’s place. The apartment was spot on for us with everything we needed and at a very reasonable price. We loved our morning swims down at the Dee Why Ocean pools with great cafes along the beach. The lock up garage is great and we could reverse our 4WD in comfortably. I’d definitely highly recommend this AirBNB and Hendi is a superstar host. Super friendly and especially helpful. Thank you Hendi for helping make our stay so comfortable and memorable! Nathan

Great apartment, with an amazing view, in a great location. I’m a little scared of heights & the apartment is actually much higher than it’s 9th floor location, due to parking & businesses & the railing is very old school, but the view was definitely worth it. The beds were very comfortable. James was a great host. Check in was super easy & James responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Robyn’s place was an incredible find! It was roomy enough for our group of 5, got awesome sunlight, and is walkable to all of the best parts of Manly!

Great location beautiful property well maintained

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

This stay was amazing. It had all the amenities you needed for a nice weekend away and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The host was very kind and responded to messages promptly. Would highly recommend this stay.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.
