Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North Miami Beach

It's my first time in Miami, and this place made it so special and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations... We're very grateful to Lorena and the entire staff. I give them 10 stars.

Recent stayed here had a quick family event. The owner was super responsive and friendly! The home we stayed in was spacious and clean. Easy access to highway, restaurants and shops . I would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very nice and comfortable …we truly felt like we were at home. The private backyard and pool area were beautiful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Nissim was a very kind and helpful host who made everything easy. Highly recommended!

This was a beautiful home! My friends and I enjoyed staying here a lot and loved how spacious the home was. Everything was clean and ready for us and we have no complaints.

We stayed at Janet’s place from 6/11/25 - 6/14/25. Janet is very sweet & responds quickly to any messages that I sent. Her home is conveniently located near shops, the grocery store, many different eating places which we walked to & its super close to the airport. Her home is very nice & the small touches that she provides to her guest are really sweet & special. I love my coffee so that was one thing that was provided that I truly appreciated! My bed was so comfortable that I wish I could have stayed in it much more than I was able to. Her kitchen has everything that is needed to cook (I don’t cook 😂) but for those who do it’s perfect. I loved the front porch seating area but alas it was too hot for us to sit outside. Miami heat is no joke! We were just coming off of a cruise & asked to check in early & Janet accommodated. This was a one time stay in Miami for us but if I were to ever come back I would definitely stay at her house. Janet’s kindness was exceptional.

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

if you are coming to visit North Miami, Miami Beach this private Villa is perfect for a family trip to visit South Beach, the host was absolutely amazing The View was absolutely amazing if I could give it 10 Stars I would and I will definitely be staying again with my family we had a great Father's Day weekend thank you so much!

If you’re indecisive (like me), look no further, Gerardo’s place was a great home to stay. The check in process was seamless and really convenient. I unfortunately dealt with the air going out but Gerardo was super apologetic and proactive in ensuring the maintenance guy came to fix it . The maintenance man was also nice! That wasn’t something you can predict but him acting swiftly made the experience way more manageable . His communication and kindness was unmatched . The home was clean and had cooking tools and food utensils to prepare a meal. Even a washer and dryer for that “homey feel”. You may want to bring your own laundry pods for a load but there’s plenty cleaning supplies.If I ever visit Miami again, no indecisiveness at all, I’d be here. Thanks again Gerardo!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. It is definitely my favorite Airbnb home that I have ever stayed in so far.

I absolutely loved everything about this property. It was right on the beach and the views were incredibly amazing! It came with everything we needed and everything www nearby and convenient. Check in was easy and instructions were prompt. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a peaceful getaway. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

We stayed here for a week and it was great! Perfect distance to everything, we got to walk everywhere. Super easy to check in and out and the hosts responded very quickly! I will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. Oriane is a super nice host and we felt very comfortable and safe at the condo. Place was clean and the amenities at the Yatch club were great.

place looks outdated outside, but nice inside. It has everything you need. Full kitchen, dishes, silverware, umbrella, cooler and etc. Laundry is outside and you have to chase it cause people use it. Best location. Plenty restaurants in walking dustance. Beach is 5 mins walk. Hosts are very responsive and helpfull.

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Beautiful, safe, clean with a super convenient location. The building has upgraded security since becoming Lyfe. The elevators were all working and very clean! This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this building. It's truly perfect on many levels! We will definitely be back!! We have no complaints at sll to report.
