Nice condo. Loved the pool. The beach is directly across the street. Plenty of beach and pool supplies available. Recommend that you rent a car to get to restaurants and grocery store.

Really enjoyed our stay here. A beautiful location with so much to do. The host was great and made the stay as convenient as possible!

Where do we start…this place was everything we wanted and more! The condo itself was so clean and comfortable, we felt right at home instantly. the balcony looks right out to the water where we saw dolphins almost every day. You go down stairs and your instantly on the beach and about ten steps down to the ocean, and then when you want to change up the scene the pool is steps away as well, with a beautiful view of the ocean! And all of this was extremely convenient when traveling with a toddler. The scene was just gorgeous day and night and I’m so glad we found this gem of a spot. Also the host was extremely helpful and kind. Sanibel Island is only ten minutes away with lots of yummy restaurants and places to go. Highly recommend this place!!

Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!

We had a wonderful stay! We came to Florida for our anniversary and were happy to find Kevin's place. The Condo was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed. It was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and not crowded. Flippers Restaurant had exceptional food every time. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Beautiful condo directly across from the beach as advertised. Michael was helpful and responsive to questions that we had.

Lisa's place was exactly as described—clean and convenient. It was 5 minutes to Ft. Myers and 15 minutes to Sanibel. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it couldn't have been in a better spot (directly in front of the condo), and Lisa had plenty of pool and beach toys available. Great stay! If I make it down there again, I would definitely stay at Lisa's place.

We stayed for a month and had a wonderful time. Quiet corner unit, pool was great, beach is beautiful and close enough to walk. Walking paths make it safe. Friendly neighborhood. Super Walmart and Publix very close. Tanya was extremely accommodating, and always available for questions and assistance. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the SoCe flats. The condo was immaculate. The chips and salsa left for us was such a nice touch after traveling most of the day. The location was outstanding. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! Our flight got in a bit early and I asked Charlotte if we could check in an hour before check-in time. She responded right away and we were able to get in. The place is neat as a pin, clean and everything we needed. The balcony views showed the beautiful beach. We watched sunsets from the balcony every night. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom is large. We had fluffy towels for the beach, pool and the shower. For an efficiency, the condo is quite roomy! My husband and I moved right in and we felt like we’d been there forever. The location is easy access toward the north and Time Square beach and to the south with Lovers key. Equal distance from everything we needed. The area by the condo is quiet, other guests are very friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in the adorable and roomy studio we stayed it. Perfect fot two. Fabulous view. Great location if you want to wake up and go to bed and see the ocean. Coffee taste better at the beach. The rinse station super nice. Pool was very nice. I can’t tell you all the restaurants we went to amd had great food at all of them. So many beaches to explore. Thank you to our hostess! Cute decor.

We had a great stay in the condo! There was Champagne to welcome us, and the unit was stocked with toiletries from shampoo and conditioner to sun tan lotion. Linens, towels and all the kitchen equipment appeared brand new. Thank you Andrew!!

The condo was perfect for two. Well equipped with plenty of towels, all kitchen items, beach umbrella, etc. You definitely need a car to get to restaurants and stores. My only complaint would be the elevators. Only one working at all times. There was one evening they weren’t working at all and we had to climb stairs to the penthouse. I had to call the property management to come out and repair. The condo area was quiet and beach was peaceful and not crowded. Very relaxing!

Our family had a fabulous stay at Serge’s beautiful condo. The condo is just one block to the beach and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and Mercado. The space includes washer/dryer, lots of bedding and towels, full kitchen, beach chairs, parking, lots of seating, and so much more! We spent every evening before dinner sitting out on the screened in patio overlooking the water. Serge is very easy to contact if you need anything. There is construction across the street of the new Ritz residences but the unit is quiet so it wasn’t disruptive. Serge was an amazing host and we fully recommend his great condo. Enjoy!

Would thoroughly recommend Bruce and Patti's condo. It was spotlessly clean and looks exactly like the photographs. Location is excellent with a short walk to many great restaurants and the beach and a short drive to other amenities. Bruce and Patti were excellent hosts and communication with them was excellent. If we ever come back to Naples we would most definitely stay there again.

Our family had a fantastic time at Kevin’s place! The beach was beautiful and just a short walk away, which made it super convenient. Everything in the house was so thoughtfully arranged—it’s clear Kevin put a lot of care into making the stay comfortable. We truly appreciated all the little touches. We’ll definitely be back! The location is great, just a few minutes’ drive from the beach, and the residence itself has great amenities like a pool and a BBQ area. Everything was perfect for a relaxing holiday. We had an opportunity to stay at Michelle's incredible condo over spring break (3 adults and 2 young kids). The pictures do not do it justice - the condo is best described as beachy-chic. It is immaculate, the location is wonderful, and Michelle is an incredibly kind and gracious hostess. The proximity to the beach is wonderful - and they have so much fun equipment. Our kiddos also really loved the pool!! We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure!
