I recently stayed at Eric’s Airbnb and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just like the pictures. The location was ideal: tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything I needed—shops, restaurants, and some great local attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept better than I had in weeks. Communication with the host was seamless. Eric was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would absolutely book again and recommend this place.

Great space to stay with friend and family! Everything was clean and organize, the house is beautiful, the pool is great, location is very near to important things like drugs stores , supermarkets, etc. also they have beaches near to this house! We stayed here in mid-April and this place is amazing!! It was a calm/quiet area to stay in, close enough of a drive to downtown Naples, and close to the beaches. We drove to the beaches since we had beach gear and there was always parking available. They provided the beach gear, which was perfect so we didn’t have to pack or purchase. The landscape and heated pool out back was beautiful and convenient. We brought our 6-month old baby, a small pool floaty and pack n play was provided as well. So helpful! The hosts were super responsive and helpful. I would book here again and recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at this house in Naples! The home was very clean, comfortable, and felt incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor space next to the pool. We spent a lot of time out there - it was peaceful, relaxing, and the pool was so much fun. The house itself is extremely well-equipped with everything you might need. It’s actually the first Airbnb we’ve stayed at that had good kitchen knives - such a nice surprise! There’s also a bunch of beach gear available and even four bikes, which were perfect for riding to the beach. You can also walk there; it's not a long distance at all. The location is honestly my favorite in Naples. It’s super convenient - close to all the grocery stores like Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Publix. Plus, Mercato is nearby with lots of shops and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

I booked this location for a work trip, and everything was exactly as described. One standout feature was the added safety around the pool—there are extra locks on the doors leading outside, which would prevent children from accessing the pool area unsupervised. Additionally, door alarms provide extra peace of mind. I would definitely rebook this place for a family trip. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals throughout our stay. A pleasant surprise was the workout equipment available in the garage—an unexpected but appreciated touch.

My family and I loved staying here. The location and amenities were unbeatable. The host was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this place!

Host was amazing, easy to communicate, very fast response. Place was clean, private, pool very nice with worm water, house stoked with everything that you would need, bathrooms, kitchen even anything a lot of things for beach. It was amazing time that we spent there. Thank you.

J'ai voyagé dans plus de 60 Airbnb mais Estella est la meilleure hôte que j'ai jamais eu. Elle a été un ange avec nous et notre bébé : elle nous a fourni 2 poussettes, un lit bébé, une chaise haute, des bouées pour la piscine. En plus de ça, elle fournit tout pour la plage (serviettes, parasol, glacière, etc.). La piscine est tellement agréable. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !

It was great. Super clean and a very close uber to a lot of surrounding areas.

Very close to 5th Ave and the beach. Plenty to do between the pool, shuffle board, corn hole, and board games. The bikes and beach chairs were in use daily. Responded to any questions or requests we had. Overall a great experience.

I loved this place! It was well kept, clean, beautiful big kitchen, dishwasher, spacious rooms, washer/dryer, spacious clean bathrooms. Had a lot of space outside to hang out, beautiful backyard view of the canal. Super peaceful and quiet area. Walking distance to a great little Mexican restaurant. Host provided great recommendations to beach and restaurants. I look forward to staying there again!

Lindsay’s place was perfect! Beautiful, very neat and clean! The beach is only two blocks away and all the beach necessities are provided! We enjoyed walking to the Mercato every morning for coffee and shopping. Lindsay was very helpful with recommendations and answered all my questions quickly. We look forward to staying here again!

I loved this place!! We had a really great family time. The property was very nice and clean which was super important to me because I went with my 5 months old baby. The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, and it had everything I needed to make breakfast each morning. While the grounds are still recovering from the hurricane, with some visible damage, the pools are open and fully functional. Overall, it didn’t detract from an enjoyable stay.

Great proximity to Fifth Avenue and Mercato as well as the beach. Was great having a fun restaurant inside at the pool. Good space for two people. Lots of closet space. Host was very responsive and helpful.
