Saad has been a very great host and was available 24hrs. Place is very neat and clean including rooms and toilets. Apartment is at very good location in clifton Bath Island. Will always recommend for anyone.

Everything was great! Easy to get too and also very responsive host! Asghar (the watchmen/help) was extremely nice and helpful!!! He brought our suitcases up and helped put if we needed anything!! I wish the description had mentioned that this was on the fourth floor! For people whose parents are old it was difficult for them to manage that! Other than that it was a great experience! I booked this property for my brother and his family as a short getaway, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! They absolutely loved their stay—the home was spotless, cozy, and had everything they needed for a comfortable and enjoyable time. The kids had plenty of space to play, and the adults appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. The host was professional, friendly, and made everything effortless from check-in to check-out. I’m really glad I chose this place for them and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

I was offered alternative apartment before my check-in due to local water supply issue.very nice apartment. only problem was the dusty weather of Karachi no matter how much one cleans the dust comes in immediately after opening of the window. the apartment whilst on 9 th floor attracts road noise which was a bit of inconvenience to sleep but that can be sorted with some sort of white noise. will recommend the place as host is very accommodating and once an issue has been raised was resolved immediately

a good place if you're staying short, as smoking is allowed in this property so smell would be strong inside the apartment, apart from that everything was great, faced some challenges but the host was responsive and was solving the problems

One of the Best apartments in karachi with it’s unique premium feel as whole apartment have high quality wooden finish.The place where we stayed was the exact one which was shown in the pictures, it was very neat & clean. Location provided is Accurate. Manager Mr Asif is very helpful as he guided everything whenever I needed him.Noman is very responsive host. He replied immediately whenever I contacted him. This place is highly recommended whenever you are in need of apartment to live with peace and luxury

I stayed for one day and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, peaceful and equipped with all the essential amenities. Special thanks to Haris for being an excellent host .He is responsive, kind, and professional. Everything was exactly as described and the whole experience felt very smooth and welcoming. I really enjoyed staying here for the 5 days. Her decoration was really nice and the bed and linens were really clean and comfortable,specially the bed,which I do miss because most places in Pakistan have some hard beds ,which I hate. She was very nice and very responsive. We will definitely consider staying there again if we have to .

Peaceful stay. Host was very responsive and took care of everything quickly. The location was very safe and secure. House was decent as well with great views. The only challenge was the geyser that i was told to turn on myself every morning and was a bit of a hassle, although, that might be an issue everywhere in Karachi with Gas shutoffs. Would have been nice to have someone do that and not worry about it.

The check-in was easy. From the get go, the owner was very responsive, helpful and the manager showed me around the apartment and made sure of everything I need for a comfortable stay before he left. The stay was amazing. The interior and the ambience of the apartment is top notch. And to top it all off, the view of the sea you get from the windows and balcony is so serene and peaceful. Just cannot get tired of this place. Plenty of places to explore around the area and everything in walking distance. A beautiful place to take a stroll. Very safe and secure. The overall experience of this place is 10/10. Wish to visit again.
