This is a walk out one bedroom, fully equipped basement suite in a new modern/contemporary home. It is suitable for 1 or 2 guests. The view to the lake and the hillsides across the lake are incredible. There is lake access to Okanagan Lake across the street. Arrangements for boat moorage may be arranged as we have a private mooring buoy. Come to the Okanagan, this recreation mecca, and enjoy everything that we have to offer. Kelowna General Hospital (KGH) , 10 min. Wine enthusiasts, there are many beautiful wineries and hiking trails to explore. A nearby park with clear water and soft sand awaits you. Self check-in is available, but we really enjoy meeting our guests and are here to answer any questions you may have.
