Holiday rentals with breakfast in North Okanagan

Beautiful home and very gracious, charming hosts. Private bathroom (with bathrobes!) and breakfasts on the porch are above and beyond, especially for the modest price. The only airbnb experience I've ever had that actually resembled a B&B. Can't wait to come back.

Amanda's place was perfect for our group and really felt like home during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, the living room and bedrooms were cozy, and the location is perfect - very short drive to downtown. Would definitely stay here again in the future :-)

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was fantastic every day and was accompanied by a note of encouragement for the day. Our suite was very nice and had a great bathroom. The shared kitchen and living space was nice and the roomates were quiet and kind. Neil and Charito were always interested in conversation despite their busy day. They were kind, responded to any questions we had, and really made us feel welcome. The hot tub was nice under the full moon on the cool evenings. We enjoyed Two Donkeys Bakery and Coop-A-Cino Coffee just down the road. Great location to head back into Kelowna or head South to Penticton and beyond. We would definitely stay here again! The house has a lot of character, very well equipped, nice touch on the complimentary snacks, backyard is beautiful. Response time for any questions was excellent. The property accommodated our family very well. Thank you to Amanda and her team for hosting us.

He helped us discover the beauty of West Kelowna in a truly special way – sharing not only valuable local tips but also personally taking us to a nearby winery for a small private tasting. His generosity and warmth made our stay unforgettable. The location of the accommodation is simply breathtaking: an open, panoramic view of the mountains, the Okanagan Lake, and of course, the vineyards. The spacious guest suite is part of his stunning home and offers everything you need – comfort, tranquility, and inspiration. We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing – if not better. It had all the amenities we needed and more. The location was perfect – close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. It felt like a true home away from home. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like crayons and colours for my son, muffins, begal and fresh fruits. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

Dawn and Darcy were the best hosts! they were so kind and accommodating and gave a lot of tips. the pictures don't even do justice to how beautiful the place is. the guest area was created wih so much love and attention to detail and the garden is very nice to relax and unwind. Dawn cookes all the meals herself and not only were they deliciouse but also plenty and a great start into the day. we can definitely raccomend and will come back if we are ever in the area again!

Robyn’s home is a great find! The view is stunning , so we enjoyed our coffee and complimentary breakfast overlooking their property. The view is also visible from the many windows in the kitchen/living area. Robyn and her husband were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The kitchenette provided everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We were able to fit our playpen in the bedroom for our baby to sleep in. While the house is not soundproof, Robyn and her husband are very quiet and we rarely heard them. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book here again!

Denise and Tom are amazing hosts! They have a beautiful home with so many special touches! The charcuterie, board and breakfast they serve in the morning are gourmet! Our stay was very memorable and we hope to return one day!

The place was apt for us, parents visiting our child's convocation. The host was great, respectful/mindful and always there in case of a need, his simple, but thoughtful breakfasts were a treat and his non intrusive effable approach in handling of our requirements is highly appreciated. We would definitely come back in the future in case of a need.

Hedda is an incredible host, her warm kind disposition matched with unparalleled hospitality makes staying at her place the perfect vacation. The suite is extremely clean, she provides everything and more needed to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Her breakfasts are definitely going to be a highlight as you enjoy your morning coffee having wonderful conversations should you choose as you enjoy picturesque views of the beautiful lake Okanagan. This vacation hot spot is a must stay for anyone who wishes to enjoy all the Okanagan area has to offer while being pampered by Heddas unmatched hospitality!!!! If we could give higher than a 5 star review, we would, highly highly recommend!!!!

My boyfriend and I had an AMAZING stay here. It was one of the most beautiful stays we have stayed at in Kelowna. Everything was beautiful from the view, to the rooms, the surroundings, and all the detail Carmen puts into all the decor and even into her breakfast and late night sundaes. We were very impressed. Carmen and Martin were exceptional hosts. The care and passion they have for this place truly shows. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

I had an amazing 12-day stay at Alexandria and Daniel's beautiful home in Kelowna. The view from the house was absolutely magnificent, and I will truly miss the delicious breakfasts and our lovely morning chats. Alexandria and Daniel are such thoughtful and welcoming hosts, and they made my stay extra special. I would definitely stay again on my next visit to Kelowna.
