Great house for a larger group of family. Very clean. Easy to get to and from Newport. Would recommend!

Super fun and eclectic house! What really made the stay were the owners, they are thoughtful and very responsive, they clearly care a lot about their guests!

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this listing over Memorial Day weekend. The home itself and particularly the view were even more beautiful than pictured. Elena is a fantastic host - flexible, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any request. The adorable town of Warren, which is a few minutes drive away, boasts countless restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, and more. I could not more highly recommend this home for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a fantastic waterfront getaway.

Our family just had a wonderful time at Stacy and Mario‘s house. The house was immaculate, comfortable and extremely well appointed. The views were beautiful especially the sunsets. The hosts were extremely responsive and considerate

Absolutely incredible stay. The host was very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the lake is stunning. The basement was so so fun- darts, ping pong, billiards, and more games. We miss the house already!

No words to describe how beautiful Victor’s house is! It feels like you are staying in someone’s home and not just Airbnb! It has everything you may need, very specious and comfortable. I use Airbnbs a lot and this was the best one to date! Victor was very accommodating and easy to communicate with! Highly recommended! I will be booking again for sure.

Adrienne’s place was great! The accommodations were as described. We really loved the serenity of the environment and how private it was. This place is aptly named “Natures Nook” and we loved walking the property and feeling immersed with nature even when inside. There were so many outdoor activities available to us. Although we didn’t get to take advantage of it all, would definitely book again if we are in the area!

Stayed here for our daughter grad from Brown. Backyard beautiful and 20 min from Brown . Brought our adult children ,dog and grandma . Accommodated us all Thank you

We had a great stay!! After reading all the great reviews, our kids were excited to see what “treat” they would get…and Diane did not disappoint! She was also very responsive with any questions we had. 100% would stay there again!!

Host Donna was very responsive. House and linens were very clean. The neighborhood, while quiet was not the greatest to walk with young children. The best things about this house are the kitchen, and the view. Overall it was perfect for our family while our home was being renovated.

I booked the lakehouse for 4 nights to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. It was the perfect and relaxing celebration which was what we needed. The lakehouse was so beautiful, so quiet, peaceful, cozy and so relaxing. We just felt right at home. The instant we walked in and saw the view of the lake from the kitchen and living room we felt so relaxed right away. The home had everything you needed and was great place to unwind and relax. It was so clean, pristine and had all the necessities you needed. The home was decorated nicely showing their travels which we loved. The beds were so cozy, nice and comfortable, it felt like it hugged you. They had an office room that had a bed which was perfect for me to work from. We loved the lakehouse so much that we were sad to leave. But we will definitely be back. Haley was great, no wonder she is a superhost. She was so accommodating, responsive and so friendly. Thank you Haley for a great stay. We can’t wait to come back again.

Jason’s place had everything we needed for visiting family nearby. It was very comfortable, especially the king-size bed. We appreciated having a comfortable place to stay while we visited family.

The View - the view ! That’s what we wanted …to sit out by the waters edge and have our coffee and the Adirondack chairs were perfect . The home was very clean , comfortable bed and walking distance to Ocean beach . Sarah was quick to respond to any questions we had . We had a lovely time .

The cottage was as lovely as described and on beautiful grounds. Stephen welcomed us with his delicious homemade carrot cake, a bottle of bubbly and a welcome card for us and a graduation card for my son! It was all delightful! Would definitely stay here again.

The space was very clean and minimal, just as described. It’s perfect for anyone who appreciates simplicity and a clutter-free environment. A peaceful and comfortable stay.

This is one of the best places I have stayed on a family group trip. Went to Providence for my graduation and working with Keiko was so smooth. she even gave us a high chair for our infant! Our group had 12 adults and 3 kids and we did not feel crammed at all. Everything was so functional. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures and it was clean! And guess what? after this trip we are all getting bidets hahaha. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely and light-filled home right on the river in a stunning neighborhood. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. We stayed here for a few days to attend my niece's high school graduation after an overseas trip, and the home was the perfect place to rest and have a base from which to go and visit family. We would 100% stay here again.

Lynette and Tim's house was great! Clean, great location, and plenty of room - felt right home. We were down for a wedding in Warwick and the house provided a great location for getting ready, along with providing us great spots to relax on the front deck and nearby beach. Cant recommend it enough!

The house was exactly how I imagined it. A very relaxed beautiful setting with birds chirping and right near the water. The home was gorgeous and Leigh Anne was great with communicating and all the lovely touches that she did that went above and beyond. I was unwell and she dropped off tissues and specials teas etc to help and advised me on the best way to get to a Doctor. The place was amazing and a real oasis to relax and unwind on a very busy 5 week trip. We had 3 night here and we wish we could of had more. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

Michelle’s beautiful historic home (soaring 12ft ceilings, tons of natural light and moldings to die for!) was the perfect backdrop for a large group like ours in town for a graduation. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out as well as to dine together. The accommodations even allowed for first floor sleeping arrangements for one of our guests with slight mobility issues. The third floor apt was great for the older teens to have their own “hang out” spot. There were plenty of bathrooms, hot water, hairdryers and bath towels for a large crew all getting ready for an event at the same time. Michelle even left an iron and ironing board for our use. We most appreciated how flexible Michelle was with check in and check out times given how our large group was traveling from 5 hours away and would all be arriving at different times. We would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Nellie’s place was amazing! Full of charm, but every modern amenity. The beds were VERY comfortable. Lots of really nice and thoughtful touches- like sleeping masks for the room with 2 sky lights, a welcome gift of wine and oat milk and butter in the fridge. She even left toys out for the 9 month old in our party— a lifesaver!!! R Nellie was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

This lake house is the perfect option for anyone looking to stay in Coventry and would like the home-like feel over a hotel. The view is so peaceful. The cottage offers just the right balance and we look forward to staying again when we are in the area visiting family. Also, the hosts were super responsive and helpful.

Not only was the AirBnB incredibly clean and such a beautiful stay, but also hosted by the best of the best! Karl was attentive and kind as soon as we booked. He checked in on us during the stay, and he also provided more clean towels knowing we had a longer stay. The property itself was beautiful- I will be back. The Grist Mill Tavern was lovely, as well as the coffee shop and ice cream across the street. The property tenant, Spenser, was very kind and had a fun furry friend Zora. Zero complaints- I couldn’t come up one if I tried. Thank you Karl for allowing us to stay in your lovely home! If you are hesitant to book your stay here, let this be your sign to do it!! 🤍
