Jenny's parents place was fantastic, the hosts, Betty and John were very friendly and accommodating. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. look forward to staying with them again

Our second time at this lovely place and we enjoyed ourselves just as much. Cosy and comfortable with handy additional touches. Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants and super convenient for bringing our dog Frank on holiday.

Walked in and settled just like being at home. Much more comfortable and spacious than a motel. Lots of items displayed that showed the history of the place. Great to be able to have our dogs inside with us. Thank you Milena we will come again

Ray’s place was great, stayed for a few nights and he was so accommodating. I messaged very late in the afternoon for that night and he was so friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend Saltys place.

Absolutely loved a week away at Tropical Holiday’s Mission Beach home!! Gorgeous morning views of the sunrise from the balcony + an incredibly peaceful place to make yourself at home in. Would roughly recommend anyone to stay here, it’s a steal!! Thank you guys

Found the accommodation very easily with access to city attractions and stadium within walking distance. Tracey was very helpful in ensuring everything was as required.

When was the last time you stood in a ceramic coated cast iron bath tub to have a shower? Well this privilege is one of the delights this cheeky little room provides. The location is super central to the Townsville CBD. And the walk up the hill is enough to walk off any over endulging you have at the many cafes and restaurants that are on offer. The bed is super comfy. The kitchen very functionable. And the view is ample. Parking is easy, and the host very accommodating. Can’t recommend enough.

Don’t hesitate to book this particularly if you are looking for a break with your pup. Gwen is an amazing host and the property, amenities and facilities for both you and your dog are top class. Will be back. Thanks Gwen

We really enjoyed our stay at Ute and Peter’s place. We originally booked for 3 nights but due to family arrangements we only ended up staying for one night. The place is immaculate and Ute and Peter are lovely hosts. Thank you for sharing your home with us, even if it wasn’t for long!

Overall I was very happy with my stay at Mark's place. Mark welcomed me into his home and straight away made me feel at ease and comfortable, as well as the bonus of his beautiful dog. I had the ensuite room, nice and private looking out to a lovely courtyard and I slept well in the comfortable bed. Good communication, a great location, plenty of local knowledge & he makes a great coffee too! It was exactly what I needed for my time in Townsville

We had a fantastic 2 nights. You won't find too many places with such an incredible view. Perfect base to explore some of the local and just relax. Lovely, welcoming hosts. Would highly recommend and hope we'll be back!

Julie’s place was absolutely spotless and provided a safe, comfortable haven for our Christmas stay. The location was wonderfully quiet and perfectly dark at night, ensuring a peaceful rest. Breakfast in the morning was a highlight, featuring delicious tropical fruits. This is the best BnB I have stayed in due to its exceptional cleanliness and the host’s effective communication. Highly recommend staying here!

A fabulous position with 180 degree view and set in a tropical forest. Great hosts and beautifully presented rooms. Highly recommended. I’m planning to stay longer next time

Leave your shoes at the door and drop your stress there as well. This place will unwind and relax you. Its casual tropical atmosphere, set in stunning rainforest garden is enough for a start. Add in the water sounds of the creek at the bottom of the garden, and you might never want to leave. Peter and Steve are charming hosts, and go out of their way to make you feel at home. It’s a slice of tropical paradise.

Lovely cabin backing onto the rainforest and river. John was the perfect host, gave a fiendly tour around the property then we returned to the cabin with fresh hot cross buns waiting for us. They have obviously given a lot of thought into everything that we might need or want to make our stay as comfortable as possible because it was all there, and some. The area was a post card and it was so nice to come back to such a well appointed little cabin in the forest after a day of exploring the tablelands.
