Cozy DFW Duplex, central location, kids, pets

This cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located right in the middle of the DFW Metroplex, so it’s not far to go anywhere you want to visit. The Tex Rail station is a short walk away, so the train can take you to Dallas or Fort Worth and lots of places in-between. You can sleep 6 comfortably in the king bed, 2 full beds, and sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a coffee bar for that cup of morning joe. There’s working space with a comfortable chair, and we are kid and dog friendly.

It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. And a large full size refrigerator downstairs. Private full bathroom inside of the suite! You will enjoy this one of the kind privacy stay! Thank you for your business!
