Laituri uimaportailla, pieni hiekkaranta, soutuvene, pelastusliivit, ulko-wc, pysäköintialue, pihavalot tunnistimilla, nuotiopaikka, uusi kaasugrilli ja grillikota. Keittiössä on erillisuuni, keraaminen liesitaso, mikro, liesituuletin, jääkaappi/pakastin ja led valot. Juomavesi tuodaan valmiiksi mökille. Terassilta käynti paljuun. Palju on varattavissa erikseen. Kallaveden rannalla tasokas ja tunnelmallinen hirsihuvila. Rauhallisella, kauniilla,Kallavesi näkymällä ja luonnon lähellä oleva paikka. Mökiltä näkyy kaunis ja valaistu puijontorni. Mökki on rakennettu 2002 ja siitä on pidetty hyvää huolta. Kohde on tavallinen mökki ei hotelli kohde. Soveltuu erinomaisesti kesä sekä talvi majoittumiseen. Rannassa on käytössä soutuvene. Mökissä tupa, keittiö, makuuhuone, nukkumisparvi, sähkösauna, suihku, vaatehuone,wc, ilmalämpöpumppu ja iso takka.
