Kid-friendly holiday rentals in North Scottsdale

This house was amazing! We were in town for the weekend and spent most of our time enjoying the amenities and weather. The host was very responsive and kind and I would like to book this every year for a friends trip going forward! 10/10 recommend!

We stayed here with two other couples for a wedding weekend and absolutely loved it! The backyard was our favorite part — perfect for relaxing, enjoying the Arizona sun, and spending time together. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made meals and snacks super easy. All of the beds were really comfortable, and the house was spotless and well-maintained. The location was also ideal — close to everything we needed but still quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay, kids loved the pool and outdoor activities. Noisy during the day due to local construction but otherwise the area was very nice. Definitely worth staying at.

This home truly felt like a safe haven. It was an escape that was peaceful and relaxing. Had everything we needed, and was a great for keeping the kids entertained! The karaoke machine was a huge hit and even having the outdoor speaker for the pool time was such a thoughtful touch. Glenn was very communicative and always responded immediately. If you’re looking for a home that feels like your own house this has everything you could possibly need!

The house is beautiful and the mountains can be seen from the back patio. It does back up to desert area and it is neat to hear a donkey making noises in a neighbors yard and also coyotes howling at night. Definitely recommend. Joel is very responsive as well and checks in to make sure the stay is great.

We had a great stay at the house. Although it was a little sparsely equipped, it had everything we needed. The pool, hot tub, air hockey, pool table, and arcade video games kept my kids happy throughout our stay. The value was excellent, and our host was an excellent communicator. We would stay here again.

We stayed in this home for a Mother-Daughter Mother's Day trip. Where do we start!!?? All we can say is that this trip was fantastic! The home has everything! Well maintained. It's a beautiful home inside and out. The location is perfect, and the neighborhood is lovely. We have stayed in plenty of vacation homes, and this one is by far one of the best ones we have ever stayed in. It was truly a home away from home—comfortable beds and couch. You can't go wrong with this home. It helped to make our trip nothing short of amazing.

We had a very spontaneous trip to Scottsdale & Dana was incredibly flexible and accommodating our stay. The space was perfect for our family of 4. Great location too! We would definitely return!

Very restful, well set up, and comfortable stay during our trip to Phoenix. We loved how convenient it was for spending time at the pool, walking to pick up groceries, and walking along the greenway watching all the birds. Definitely recommend taking a stroll over the bridge for tacos at Okay Maguey's (so good we went 3x), checking out the Desert Botanical Gardens, and going to the Musical Instrument Museum. My favorite was lounging by the pool beside the blooming jasmine and hibiscus flowers under the clear blue sky! Anni was super friendly and helpful. Perfect little getaway spot for two :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Crody listing. We will continue to book Crody in the future because of the quality, friendly and accommodations. We travel with dogs and this place is perfect for them and us.

This stay was amazing. The location was great and accessible to downtown Scottsdale, phoenix, Tempe. The images are exactly what you see - if you’re working remotely this is a great space to work from. They have a desk and a monitor for your use. Parking is easy and you have a designated spot. The bed was also very comfortable. Definitely recommend

The stay was absolutely perfect! Desert ridge has always been gorgeous! The accommodations made it so easy to access all the restaurants and everything d ridge has to offer! If you’re on the north side this where you want to stay!

This was an exceptionally well appointed, clean and comfortable unit. very modern, warm and very peaceful and quiet. I never heard the neighbors. communication with the host was excellent and they always responded quickly. The only confusion was that after two days it was mentioned that all of the internet bandwidth was being consumed by me, which didn't seem possible by streaming shows on just one of the two TV's. After further communication this was resolved and there were no further concerns. I highly recommend this AirBnB and already plan on staying there again at some point. Thanks!

We stayed in this place for about a week as a resting point during our roadtrip. It was super peaceful and clean. It had a very comfortable and welcoming feel and was a perfect place to relax in a great location in Scottsdale. It’s walking distance to a market and coffee and also very close to old town Scottsdale. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and was very flexible. Highly recommended.

This was a nice, basic accommodation. Nothing fancy but served our purposes. Clean and comfortable. The host was responsive, for example, when we noticed there weren't enough blankets, it was resolved very quickly. Comfortable beds and nice cold A/C. I would stay here again.

Tancy was wonderful to communicate with. Gave me updates on amenities changing before check in and was flexible with when we checked in since our flight was at a weird time. Great stay!

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.
