Beach house holiday rentals in North Sea

We had a great stay! Incredible one-of-a-kind view over the marsh. We saw so many different beautiful sea birds and an incredible sunset. Very short walk from the beach. Great place to stay with young kids. Well stocked kitchen with supplies and basic seasonings. Would return! Very cozy great family getaway! There are extensive requirements for clean up upon check out.

We had a great stay. The weather didn’t cooperate but we were close to plenty of other fun activities and locations. We had everything we needed, the space was clean, the deck/yard and water were beautiful. The nearby beach looked incredible as well. Hope to come back and get better weather to enjoy the beach!

This was our second time renting Brian's place for a getaway and this stay was as excellent as the last. We love this house so much and Brian could not be a better host. His communication is stupendous; he was always immediately available to respond to any questions we had.

I had a very nice stay at the Rex. It is dog friendly and very clean. Although my space was private, there are other rentals nearby and it had a camp like feel. I would stay there again if need be.

The house was clean, well-decorated, had all the things we needed, and private, with a long wooded lot leading down to the bay. We women friends were totally comfortable there. When we couldn’t find the entrance to the driveway off the main road, she stayed on the phone & directed us until we found it. Excellent choice!

My husband and I have been staying here for over 10 years, and it’s always fantastic. The house is immaculate, cozy, and consistently well cared for. Judie and Steven are super thoughtful + welcoming, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing weekend. Truly our favorite getaway spot! Can’t wait for the next one!

Alexis welcomed us at her gorgeous Airbnb. The place is very well though and practical. It is soothing and relaxing. I would recommend this opportunity anytime, and looking forward to come back soon! Excellent experience for a reasonable price!

We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

Beautiful home, very clean, spacious and comfortable to stay with the family. We used the grill on multiple occasions and it was easy to use. The fire pitt was also enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked, would bring own source of caffeine if you’re picky with your coffee though. Stephen, the host was very responsive and easy to reach when asked questions. The one thing I would recommend is to check in with the host if the pool is available to use prior to booking. Overall a great experience, would stay with them again.

We had the most beautiful weekend stay at Tim’s home! Everything is accurately described and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! All the beds were very comfortable. Was perfect for a 5 girl weekend getaway!! Tim was incredibly communicative and checking in was a breeze. The location is PERFECT in East Hampton!! So many amazing restaurants and bars nearby. 100% will stay here again for my next Hamptons trip. Thank you so much Tim!!

it was our third time renting Mahyar's property (last time was 3 years ago), and Mahyar remains an outstanding host. The stay was seamless, we were delighted to be able to use the heated pool, the bbq , the playground, and play with our kids in the basement. It is the perfect place to rent for young families given that there are many toys that kept our children busy. Once again an outstanding experience 5*!

I booked Jennifer’s listing for a girl’s weekend getaway with my friends and she went above and beyond with her communication, recommendations, and hospitality. She was quick to answer any questions I had and her house was beautiful, remote, and peaceful. Even though we didn’t have the best weather, we still were able to enjoy the beautiful backyard and heated pool, and the house was spacious enough for all 8 of us to stay comfortably! Christine's place was nice and clean! We especially loved the fire pit and the pool. Upon arrival of the AirBNB Christine was waiting to meet us and show us around. This was something that was new to me in my AirBNB experience, but it was honestly so nice and so was she! Christine let me know that I could communicate with her for anything that was needed and asked for recommendations to make her place better. This place was so well-equipped, close to everything and it comfortably fit me and my 6 other friends! I would definitely book again with Christine.

This house couldn’t have been in a more perfect location to easily walk into town. Very clean and communication was very easy. Perfect spot if you’re looking to be in downtown sag harbor

we had a quiet girls getaway to celebrate my sister getting married-upon arrival we checked out the entirety of the home…to which we were pleasantly surprised every corner we turned! exquisite home with comfortable, aesthetically pleasing furnishing and so much gorgeous natural light. the outdoor shower was a huge BONUS! heated pool had us outside moving our bodies more than we’d imagined and was such a fun way to spend time together. the living room is so cozy and a great space to have a game-night-in! i could go on and on about each detail but you should simply stay here and enjoy for yourself all this property has to offer!

Our family had a great time staying at Dawn’s place. The house was beautiful, very clean and well equipped for family with young children. Location is a quick drive to town so convenient if you have a car. Dawn was proactively checking in and super responsive to all our requests and we felt very well taken care of. Will definitely stay here again if we come back!

Staying at this beautifully decorated and meticulously organized home was the perfect way to experience The Hamptons. Ideally located with an abundance of consideration given to visiting guests, in addition to an abundance of sunshine throughout the home, and an opportunity to have morning coffee while enjoying the marina view! Brett and Rachel are excellent communicators and wonderful hosts, generous and kind and warm and honest. And this was evident with correspondence prior to booking the stay and all the way through checkout. Staying in a home where you feel truly welcomed is an amenity that is rare but priceless. And we plan on returning to this 5+ star gem.

This was a great stay for a girls weekend! Super central location, walking distance to several wineries and restaurants, and host was extremely easy to communicate with.

Dewey’s place is such a dream! Everything is freshly renovated and just feels so crisp, clean, and stylish. You can tell so much love went into the design it’s the perfect mix of modern and cozy. We felt right at home the second we walked in. The kitchen is gorgeous, the bathrooms are spa-like, and every little detail was just so well thought out. Dewey was the sweetest host super responsive and made everything totally seamless. The location is amazing too quiet and peaceful, but still close to all the fun spots (beach, town, restaurants). We didn’t want to leave! Already planning our next trip back. If you’re thinking about booking, do it you’ll love it just as much as we did!

We had a wonderful stay at the (Chel)sea. Chelsea herself met us up on arrival to showed us around, and she was super friendly & welcoming. The beds were really comfortable, the sea breeze was relaxing and despite our weather being a bit rainy, the proximity to the water and private beach made this a true retreat! Walkable area, natural surroundings and a lovely restaurant (La Plage) at the end of the road. Kudos to the cleaning staff who left sweet touches throughout. We'd love to stay here again!
