This secluded, 3 bedroom lakefront home was renovated In 2019. My late wife Gail and I installed a new kitchen, vinyl plank flooring, new well, and new decks (both wraparound and lower deck.) The home is located about an hours drive from Lynchburg, Roanoke or Danville. Enjoy our private dock and boat ramp for fishing, watercraft, swimming, and nature watching! Keep an eye out for wildlife, both great and small! Great Blue Herons, Eagles and Osprey are personal favorites!

The lake level may be low=but you can still relax at this peaceful waterfront retreat. Kayak, paddleboard, swim, fish, or just sit on the sandy beach. Rent a boat or jet ski nearby or enjoy one of the fun local restaurants. This lower level apartment has easy parking and is just steps from the water. The unit has a mini kitchen with refrig, microwave, and toaster oven. 600+ square feet. Wifi and tv. Free use of kayak or give the paddleboard a try. Life vests are available.

Our house is located on the wonderful Smith Mountain Lake. The community around the house gives more than just a place to vacation, it also provides a place to cherish. Whether you want to enjoy scenic views, get wet in the water, or just enjoy good music and great people, our house allows you to do it all! The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top-of-the-line kitchen, cozy living room, and an extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the fire pit, and relax on the dock. There are two miles of trails on the 37-acre property with their own trail signs and map.
