Monthly Rentals in North Sound Estates

Many extra touches really enhanced this property: soap, shampoo, toilet rolls etc in bathroom, washing up liquid, condiments, tea & coffee etc in the kitchen, complimentary snacks on arrival, heaps of towels including beach towels, coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs etc., all contributed to an easy and comfortable stay.

The place was superb. Very spacious with a gigantic TV that let us watch some great movies together. The main bathroom is huge and the place is large. But then you get to the mangoes. There are mango trees around the property and we came in mango season. we picked mangoes ourselves and Ray dropped off some he had picked. And they were the best we had eaten for a long time. I grew up in Pakistan so that is saying a lot. There were also two adorable puppies that Ray has that we got to play around with. He lives next door. Ray also helped us get a rental car. Just a great host.

Grace's place was super clean and in a great location (highly suggest renting a car, though). It was well-equipped for a group of three (2 adults, 1 child) at a reasonable price. She responded promptly and kindly, checking in from time to time to see if we needed anything. The place was safe and secure, with a comfortable bed and a washer and dryer, which were incredibly helpful for our trip. If we plan another visit to the island, we will reach out to her first.
