Monthly Rentals in North Takoma Park

This place is a perfect home base for exploring the DC area. It was just right for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). The decor is eclectic and fun, the kitchen and bathroom nicely updated, and we had everything we needed there. It is an older house—reminded me of my grandmother’s house (in a good way!)—so I would not recommend it for people with limited mobility or difficulty with stairs, but for anyone else traveling to the DC area, you’ll love it!

I loved staying at Monet&Cris's place. It was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. There was some very bad winter weather while I was there, and a pathway was always shoveled for me to get through the snow and ice (and ice melt was always laid down). The apartment was very well appointed and I had everything I needed.

Suzy's place was absolutely wonderful for my few days stay! The unit itself was cozy, very clean, quiet, and had all the amenities I needed. It is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, close to many restaurants and shops in downtown Silver Spring and the metro for a quick ride to DC. Suzy was also very kind and responsive if I needed anything– her dog Sassy is super cute and well behaved too :)

On the days leading up to, and during my stay, Marian was beyond helpful in answering any questions I had. Very respectful and wonderful to communicate with. The place itself was beautiful and spotless. This place is right next to a lot of restaurants, a public area that hosts a bunch of events and community driven activities, as well as a shopping mall right down the street. Overall this was an extremely satisfying place to stay and Marian is very well deserving of a 5 star review, I would 100% recommend her to anyone thinking about staying here.
