Beachfront holiday rental in North Troms

Jorun has had many guests in her house on Sommaroy. Like all guests before us, I can only confirm from the heart what a great hostess Jorun is and how comfortable we felt in her house from beginning to end!!!!! Even when arriving, the weather was anything but smooth, she was there for us with help and advice, thank you very much for that;) We will definitely come back again, on the one hand to enjoy Jorun's hospitality again and on the other hand to get a second chance to see the aurora lights, which unfortunately was not the case this time. The House was located nicely so that there was an y access to snowboarding spots at Tamokveien and Lyngen

Our stay at Line's and Kim's place was fantastic. The Airbnb is a little house overlooking the Skjulsford and is prefect for exploring the area. All things that you will need are there. The surroundings are beautiful and peacefull. Really made our trip to Norway something to remember!

We had a wonderful stay at Andreas’s cabin for a week of ski touring. Before our visit Andreas was really helpful and quick to answer questions. It was a pleasure to meet him when he responded to a request for an additional large cooking pot! We particularly enjoyed the sauna. Great place. Excellent, conscientious host. Thanks!

Really nice house just outside Trømso. Comes with a nice garage and all modern, cozy and warm.

very warm and cosy renovated barn in a beautiful remote spot. the fire was lit for our arrival and really keeps the place warm. we had to change our plans a little as the avalanche risk was too high for ski ing and we really appreciated Tone's flexibility - thank you! Takk!

Exactly as described and rated by all the other reviews. Absolutely beautiful location! Watched the Aurora from the hot tub! Host is wonderful and very responsive to messages and questions. Provided excellent recommendations and information. Cannot recommend enough and we would love to come back sometime in the summer!

Exceptional. A home from home feeling. Absolutely the place to recharge yourself. Put the fire on, get your book out, and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and mountains. Go to bed, open the window, feel the fresh cold sea breeze flow through the room and fall asleep with the waves hitting the rocks. No need counting sheep, your gone ZZzzz. Communication was excellent, instructions clear and super warm upon arrival. Everything you could ask for in the home. We have stayed in many places, and many have left you wishing you had packed something! NOT HERE. The small details that make you feel you have chosen the right home are important. I had my reservations over jacuzzi, but this one was perfect. Super-hot with great sea view of the mountains. Getting here was relaxed, the views are spectacular, and the roads are cleared. The ferry is so easy. The owners truly know how to make your stay feel special. You're going to find it difficult in your next Airbnb to find the attention to detai

the house impresses with its beautiful location directly on the sea, we could watch northern lights directly from the terrace. the living room invites for cozy hours by the fire. in the Nordic Hotel 500m on foot there was a great breakfast buffet. so we can highly recommend a stay here, there is nothing missing!

Kvalöya Lodge is one of the nicest places we've ever had and Ketil is the nicest and most caring host you can imagine. We especially enjoyed the view of the fjord, the evening fireplace, the northern lights and Ketil's tips (Husky tour with Active Tromsö, reindeer herds (they like carrots by the way), Sommaröy, Eidel Handel (great supermarket for self-catering), Söstrene Kafé in Tromsvik). We ended up with a lot of snow - fortunately the country road is well cleared 24/7. Snowshoes and spikes are at guests' disposal.

I was allowed to stay at Bjørn's Airbnb 2 years ago and fell in love with the house and surroundings. I would claim that Bjørn owns one of the nicest Airbnb on this platform. But not only the house and the breathtaking view of the fjord but also the extremely friendly hospitality of Bjørn makes this place so special.

A wonderful cottage right on the sea! Very quiet location with a breathtaking view. There is everything you need for a longer stay. Perfect spot for the aurora & wildlife. You can take many great excursions on foot or with a short drive. Around wonderful place to stay, thank you Ulette

We can’t thank Bjørn and Nina enough for letting us stay in their beautiful home! The space is modern, comfortable and luxurious. It has everything you need for the perfect weekend getaway! Every detail of the accommodation from the decode, to kitchen equipment was carefully thought through. The cabin by itself was perfect, but it was our hosts who really shone! They were very considerate, and extremely helpful. Striking the balance of privacy whilst remaining accessible just right. We would not hesitate to book another trip just to stay here again :) we only hope they will not be fully booked! 😂

We loved everything about our stay! The home is perfectly located right on the water and we were lucky enough to see the northern lights from the balcony. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Silje was great at communicating and addressed all of our questions straight away. We loved that Silje went out of her way to provide toys for the children which we greatly appreciated. Thankyou for having us!

Helpful host. Beautiful location overlooking mountains and fjord. Beautifully restored old trading post with a combination of preserved details and modern facilities. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space and large well-equipped kitchen, suitable for larger groups. Recommended!

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect for spotting the Northern Lights, with breathtaking views if the sea and mountains all around. The place is cozy, peaceful, and a great base for exploring the area. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

A Perfect Getaway – Highly Recommended! Our stay at this beautiful holiday rental was nothing short of amazing! clearly easy to follow instructions meant we got into the property hassle free, even with a very late arrival. The property itself was stunning—immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views made it the perfect escape from everyday life. The host was super helpful, helping us with warnings of bad weather, roads closed due to avalanches and just generally helpful information. If you’re looking for a perfect holiday retreat with a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The space is amazing. The apartment is on the 8th floor and is built out into the sea. There is a stunning view from the balcony and living room. Requests were always answered very quickly. The documents to find the accommodation, as well as the description where the PP and apartment key is were great. The apartment corresponded 100% to our expectations. Our son is wheelchair user, the apartment is highly recommended for wheelchair users We would like to thank you very much for letting us stay at this great place.

The views!!!!! We booked this Airbnb for the views. They are even better in person! The condo is new and clean. It's a 2-minute walk to two grocery stores. When we arrived, it was a bit warm in the condo, we opened the windows and got the views and sounds. It's easy to walk to the street to catch the bus into town. We did it multiple times during our two-night stay.
