Amazing experience. This was the very best Airbnb I have ever stayed. Felt at home. Absolutely above and beyond my dreams Anything and everything you would need from your home, they have. I didn't need to go out and purchase 1 item. The kitchen was completely stocked with all pots, pans, and more. The kindest host. Thank you for the most amazing and 1st Grandkids vacation. This house is in residental area with mostly locals. All very friendly. I felt very safe walking my dog around the neigborhood. The electric golfcart was brand new. It was an easy drive to the beach with free parking. The house was very well stocked (better than any I have rented). Loved having beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes etc to use. Would stay here again.

Condo was clean with accurate listing. Close to beach. Susan communicated well and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Great stay

The house was super clean when we got there, the temperature of the house was great the entire stay. The pool was certainly clean, but since we went early, June the water was a little bit cold, but it felt really nice and refreshing honestly. There were three beach chairs and a wagon there that were helpful for traveling to the beach. There were available cups plate, utensils, and all the necessities that you would need, they even had shampoo and conditioner bottles there for us. We weren’t aware that there was a code to get into the house so instructions for check-in were a little bit unclear, but all I had to do is message and they responded. Overall, I would recommend staying here because even though the area surrounding isn’t the nicest, I felt safe the entire time at that house!

This place was perfect for the kids and parents and grandparents. We enjoyed our stay here walking distance to the beach was perfection. It was so peaceful, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the downstairs yard & patio area. We didn’t get to use the bbq grill but next time we stay here we will. Beautiful home. Thank you

We had a great time during our stay at the Meadowlark. The historic home has been nicely renovated and maintained over the years and is just a short walk to the beach and a lot of VB restaurants. The sun room looking out on the backyard was a great place to sit while we weren’t at the beach!

Great place, barely a five minute walk to the beach! Had an issue with A/C but got it fixed quickly and had great resolution from host. Ashley was very friendly and helpful all around!

We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Octopus! It was a very nice layout with a family. Loved the connecting bedrooms upstairs, and even a baby gate for the stairs and top locks on the doors to the outside. We loved how easy it was to swim and go to the beach here! We went to Mudita for coffee in the morning which was wonderful. Would love to come back for a longer stay! Willoughby beach was quiet and away from crowds.

The host was so kind and made sure we had a comfortable stay! The AC ended up not working due to an accidental mishap when she was working on her yard! She was able to get the AC fixed as we arrived to the Air BNB and we had the coolest room ever ( which we love) especially on a hot day! We are thankful for the time she took to get that done ASAP! She also had a wonderful cute cottage with all that you’d need for a short stay! It was equipped with great dishes and all the things you’d need for a perfect stay in a home :) it was extremely clean and decorated nicely for your small family! It also has a beautiful back yard oasis to sit out and relax or go for a swim :) you won’t want to miss this Airbnb!! Located near the beach and a great park and walking paths for you kiddos!! All you need nearby just a short walk away!! It was a great getaway for the weekend with a very kind host who is always there to help if needed :)

We had a wonderful stay at the Great Escape. The home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The amenities were perfect and the beach is just a short walk with easy access. Lovely CLEAN beach home. Easy 5 min walk ( with toddler) to a beautiful beach. The short walk made it easy for us to go to the beach several times/day. Gorgeous sunrise! We really appreciated how kid/family friendly the home was! Our young kids felt safe just across the hall from us and my parents were able to have their own bedroom and bathroom on the other side of the house. Thank you Pip and Sheryl! We hope to be back in the future!

The Pool House was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and welcoming! Denise had thoughtful touches like snacks, water, and coffee ready for us when we arrived. Both she and her sweet dog Murphy made us feel right at home. We were also able to check in when we arrived in Sandbridge a little early. The Pool House was ready and waiting. We were in town for a wedding, and when a last-minute issue came up with the newlyweds’ accommodations, Denise was incredibly gracious and allowed us to turn the Pool House over to them. It ended up being the perfect space for the couple to relax for a couple of days before leaving on their honeymoon. The couple and their parents were very grateful for Denise’s kindness and willingness to help. The stress of not having a place to stay on their wedding night melted away. I would absolutely recommend staying here — Denise is a wonderful host, and Murphy is a joy! God bless you, Denise.

Great place for big families. Beach 2 mn away, minimarket 5mn away, big pool, rooms are comfortable, we really liked this place. Thank you Emma.

My family and I stayed in VA Beach for my daughters college graduation. Christina’s home was perfect! There was enough room for my entire to be together and spread out when needed. The home is just that, it was a home away from home. It was comfortable and decorated well. The outdoor spaces were just what we needed, from the pool to the fire pit. Memories were made! As a host, Christina was very responsive and accommodating. Every time we communicated, I felt like I was messaging a friend. My family and I hope to stay at the Coco Cabana in the future. Thanks Christina for opening your home to us!

This rental property was the ideal spot for our family reunion of 16, ages 8 to 78. This was one of the most well-equipped properties we have stayed at. We have stayed at several rental properties in Sandbridge Beach, VA in previous years, and this is our favorite. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with essentials (coffee, sugar, creamers, paper towels, toilet paper, regular and beach towels, etc.) The kids loved the game room and outdoor pool. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong room. Two big dining tables easily accommodated our group size (8 adults at one and 8 kids at the other). The beds and pillows were all comfortable. Amy, the Operations Manager, was most helpful and very responsive to any of our questions. We plan to return to this property sometime in the future. Definitely a 5-star experience for everyone in our family.

Rented the Airbnb for me and my daughter for Father’s Day weekend. We felt comfortable and right at home. The reservation of peace and comfort was very much appreciated. The host, “Jaimee” was very professional, kind and attentive to any needs upon request. She checked in to see how the check-in process was which was easy and simple. In addition, she checked in to see how well our stay was going which was very much appreciative. She didn’t have to, but the fact that she took the time and initiative was beyond thoughtful. I would absolutely recommend this piece of comfort and peace to anyone and would definitely look to rent again in the near future. Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beach home! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for our group. The 10-minute walk to the beach was a breeze, and we appreciated the quiet, charming neighborhood. It truly felt like a home away from home. Staton was a fantastic host — responsive, helpful, and clearly dedicated to creating a great guest experience. This house was everything we hoped for and more. We’ll absolutely be back!

Stacis house was great to stay for five adults and two children. We visited for only a few days during the weekdays and booked last minute. For the availability, the price was appropriate. The location is just across the street from the beach, and the provided beach toys and towels were great. We could go the beach and pop over home for lunch and then go back in the beach. Would highly recommend this place in Sandbridge.

Justin was an amazing host! He was incredibly communicative and friendly throughout our entire stay, which made everything so smooth and easy. The home itself was absolutely beautiful ! clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Best of all, it was literally right in front of the beach. Just a quick walk and you’re on the sand! 🌊🏖️ The area was peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe perfect for a relaxing family getaway. We loved how close everything was while still feeling like a private escape. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort, great vibes, and unbeatable beach access.
