My stay was lovely. I wish I didn't have to leave. It's spacious, it's cosy, it's clean and it's beautiful. It honestly does feel like a way away from home. And Marie? An absolute sweetheart. I will definitely be returning.

I had an amazing experience at Amanda’s Place! The place was very nice, exceptionally clean, and felt incredibly secure. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The attention to detail in cleanliness and comfort was impressive. Had a very seamless and pleasant stay, from check in to check out. Plenty of ways to stay warm during winter, with double electric blankets, gas heater, hot water bottles and warm sheets. Room is very spacious with a high ceiling. Location is very secure and private in a guarded estate.

Peter was a great host. Greeted me, responded to all my messages but gave me a lot of privacy. When I didn’t need him, I never saw him. Location is about 15-20 minutes walking to shops which might be a little too far but uber is inexpensive. Greenside is centrally located if you’re doing things in Joburg north. The place was fairly basic but very clean and well-maintained. Had no issues with electricity, pests or sanitation. Would stay here again.

Our stay was more than we expected. Hosts are exceptionally accomodating. Dogs were very friendly. We will be back, should we need to stay in the area again.

Renate’s place was pristine, clean, minimalist, warm and all the nice things! We checked in a day before my birthday and she even got us a cake. She goes over and beyond for her guests and is a friendly and warm presence. Did I already mention how perfectly clean the room was! You have to go there for yourself to truly experience this. This cottage is an absolutely lovely place to stay. Cosy, well furnished, with a private garden to sit and enjoy some quiet time among the beautiful tree ferns. We only stayed a night on our way transiting through Joburg but found the commute of abt 30 mins to OR Tambo perfectly manageable. very safe within a boom gated community and close to the shops at Four Ways amd Design Quarter. Quality bed linen, a jacuzzi style bath, and lovely welcoming selection of complimentary snacks were much appreciated. Deirdre and her husband welcomed us and made us and showed us around, making us feel instantly at home. we'll definitely be back! Thank you

This place was one of the best I have stayed in for a while. Very clean, modern furnishing, lots of amenities, very comfortable bed. I loved it and would use it again. The only thing I thought was missing is a curtain in the main door to have a little more of a privacy. Otherwise awesome!

What fantastic, spacious and luxurious accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need to feel at home and prepare your own food. Richard and his family are welcoming and friendly, but you have complete privacy at the same time. I look forward to staying again.

Nicci’s place was home away from home with attention to detail to the smallest things. With the temperatures dropping due to season’s change a heater was available to warm up the room. Working space was handy too. Tranquil if you want peaceful surroundings. Fresh milk & tusks were a nice treat, including the tea and coffee station

From the moment we arrived, everything about this Airbnb was flawless. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. Every detail was so thoughtfully planned—from the cozy linens and luxurious towels to the little extras like coffee, toiletries, and even snacks. It truly felt like a home away from home, but better! The host was warm, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. The location was quiet, safe, and convenient, making it easy to explore the area. We especially loved relaxing in the space—it was peaceful, stylish, and had the most comfortable bed! This was hands down one of the best stays we’ve ever had, and we’re already looking forward to returning. If you’re looking for a place that’s as perfect as it gets, look no further!

My stay at Etienne's place was exquisite! 👌🏿 I loved the place and wish I had stayed longer, but I had to cut my stay short due to unexpected family issues. Without a doubt, Etienne is a great and very responsive host.

Sarah is a fantastic Airbnb host and I now consider her a friend. I cannot recommend her place enough. Sarah made my first solo visit to South Africa an absolute joy. She introduced me to Melville, gave great tour recommendations for the surrounding area, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, safe, and happy during my stay. I stayed here for work at WITS, but would love to come back again for a vacation.

Amazing place with a lovely garden. 24 hour pool was much fun and needed in this heat!
