from the time of booking, the hosts were responsive, helpful and couldn't do enough to make the process and stay as amazing as possible. The service was first class and the accommodation perfect! brilliantly appointed little private bijou home-from-home, it is modern, immaculate, cosy and welcoming. set in a beautiful piece of countryside and with the warmest and most helpful hosts you could hope for! if I could give six stars, I would! thank you once again for making our stay so fantastic, we hope to see you again in future.

Beautiful place. Very close to the Peak District and things in Buxton.

The flat was pristine in every respect. Nothing could have been better. When a light bulb blew in the toilet, I messaged Elizabeth and, even though she was away on holiday herself, she immediately came back to me and gave me access to the locked cupboard where I found a new light bulb and replaced it myself. This is an outstanding Airbnb for anyone wanting to explore this lovely town. I give it 11/10. We did notice that the handrail down the outside steps to the property was broken. The steps are steep so, whoever is responsible for maintaining that area should get that fixed. Also we wondered if the wall socket just behind the lounge door was working. My wife tried charging her phone from it and it didn’t seem to charge. Maybe Elizabeth might want to check it. We’ll be back. Well done Elizabeth. You are a professional and thoughtful host. Thanks. Great hosts who are always there to help from check in to check out. Loved the apartment and amenities provided. Also big shoutout to their parking space inside which is much safer than the streets :)

Stephanie offers an exceptional Airbnb - it is spacious with all you could need … and more. It is ideally located, just metres from Buxton park and a very short walk into town. Stephanie was considerate and flexible, responding swiftly to any queries we had ahead of our trip. We were delighted and it surpassed with ease any expectations we had. Don’t hesitate to book - you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful flat, really well decorated, clean and comfortable. Would recommend. Only slightly weird thing is that it’s a 2 bed but one bedroom was locked which I’ve never experienced before. I was travelling alone but would’ve been nice to choose the room I slept in, as I had to use the one facing the main road and was hot but a bit noisy to open the window overnight. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

We only stayed for two nights for a quick fly through visit, but we were really impressed with the flat. It was clean, tidy and comfy. We loved all the little details Sarah added in, so many recommendations on things to do and she even left us milk and biscuits for when we arrived. Really wonderful spot, great value for money, will be booking again.

A great compact flat as a base for exploring the high peak. Everything was to hand and Tony was helpful and approachable. I particularly liked the air con which came in handy as i was lucky enough to have some warm weather. Thanks for a great stay

We have stayed a few times at Holly’s and it’s always in pristine order and it’s ideal for the surrounding villages and all walkable. I can’t recommend enough 👍

Phil and Anne were wonderful, even before we arrived we needed to switch our dates and they were happy to accommodate the change without fuss. On arrival we were shown where to park and around the accomodation, which was just as described, clean,tidy, super comfortable and had all the described amenities and lots of little touches that made our stay perfect. Thank you both for a wonderful base for our trip.

Loved our stay, very accommodating, very quiet and cosy. Easy to find and a lovely pub nearby for food. Sadly couldn’t use the pool due to having the dog with us but looked great! Very reasonably priced and nice little farm shop on site. A lovely stay! Also brilliant communication. Thanks

We stayed at Patricia’s place for 3 nights and loved every bit of it. The place is furnished thoughtfully and with modern amenities. Had good access to transport and has a great pool and gym. Patricia is also responsive and gave us some very useful tips. Look forward to coming back and highly recommend.
