This small cabin has recently been re-built with new pine paneled walls and ceiling, bunk beds, carpeting, electricity, a new Eco-outhouse!, solar shower and It is located at the edge of a field about 100 yards from our home. It is a perfect base camp for hikers 12 miles south of Franconia notch trail heads and Appalachian Trail crossing. The cabin is most often used by hikers who want a base camp near many of the most popular hiking trails near Franconia Notch. It is a peaceful and quiet place.

My friend and I stayed at Luba’s cabin before and after doing a long single day Pemi Loop and had a wonderful time! It’s only a 10 minute drive from Lincoln Woods trailhead so absolutely perfect for getting sleep in before and after our early start and long day. It was very clean, perfectly appointed and just lovely. We each had our own bedrooms also which was nice for a smaller cabin. Would absolutely stay there again!

Kitchen counter was not completely clean like they forgot the upper part. Could have been on over-site I know the owner has no control over this but keep in mind there is a unit above and while you cants hear any talking if anyone is heavy on their feet you hear that clearly. But we would still go back

Our stay at Robert and Ica's cabin was absolutely perfect. In-person the cabin looks exactly as it does in the photos (the wall of windows is STUNNING). I could not get over how clean it was. It felt so welcoming and incredibly peaceful. Robert and Ica were super easy to communicate with and we took many of their dinning recommendations! We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a serene, dog-friendly getaway.

We can’t say enough about this adorable cabin! It was so comfy & cozy but yet modern and up to date! Sitting outside by the fire pit was nice and quiet, everything was neat and clean upon arrival! We will definitely be back!
