Apartment holiday rentals in Northeast Minneapolis

Lovely winter getway for me and my cat. We got snowed in here and we loved watching the birds from the window view every day. I will say that it is an older home, so you can hear the floors if someone is staying above you. We lucked out and mostly had the space to ourselves for our stay. Would definitely stay again! Especially with all the good restaurants nearby too!

The stay was lovely, cozy apartment with everything we needed. The location was safe, the neighborhood was great, and parking was easy to find. We’d definitely recommend this place to others!

a beautiful apartment in an historic building. Even though it did not have central air conditioning, the two window ac units kept it nice and cool. We were there during the heat wave and it was very comfortable inside. I loved the outdoor back porch for morning coffee. It's walking distance to the green line, and we used it to get into Minneapolis for lynx and twins games. We would definitely stay here again.

Luke’s place was perfect for us while we attended a week-long event at UNW. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Como Zoo is within walking distance - great zoo & conservatory and it’s free. Apartment was exceptionally clean and efficiently designed - plenty of room for the 4 of us. Beds were very comfortable. Washer/dryer ($2 each load) is in a separate secure area in the back of the building. Luke was helpful and very quick to respond to my questions. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

Abby's place was wonderful. We have been traveling to St. Paul for several years to visit our daughter and this is one of the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in. Abby is super responsive and she has very clear instructions that making check in very simple. The apartment is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. This is definitely a place I will return. Very easy to get to and love the off street parking.

The place was beautiful, was exactly like the picture shown. Provided everything they said they would. Felt very at home, was peaceful and friendly neighborhood. Instructions and things were very clear and easy to communicate. Recommend if you’re planning to visit Minnesota!!

Beautifully decorated quaint apartment. Perfect for our stay. Like others, beyond control, hallway odor but not inside whatsoever. We had a little trouble with check in but Hayden walked us through the secure entrance as it was a bit confusing with 2 seperate buildings. Would definitely come back when in the area again! Thank you!

We truly appreciated the ease of the check-in process here, as our arrival was much later than we thought it would be (flight delays). The unit was clean and well cared for, with really attractive furnishings (love that DR table!) and very comfortable beds. We didn't spend much time there during the day, as we were visiting family in the area, but the nights were very quiet (sole exception Sat. night, but that's to be expected in the arts district). Very convenient location, very sweet & helpful host!

The location was great and close to many things in the area and downtown!

We enjoyed our stay at this space very much. Although the weather was mostly cold and rainy and then 80 degrees on our last day, the space stayed completely comfortable the whole time. We found all that we needed for our 5 day stay. The kitchen is well appointed and the whole place was sparkly clean and fresh. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment and the garden are lovely places in which to relax. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ali and Eduardo

Andy was everything you could ask for in a host. He was very responsive and helpful but never intrusive. His place is lovely and very clean! The bed and linens in the main bedroom were extremely comfortable! The back yard had many unique features that, unfortunately, I ran out of time to take advantage of - next time for sure! Andy provides many thoughtful touches including a guidebook to the unit and surrounding area. So many interesting restaurants and things to do within walking distance and close to major highways when a car is needed. I highly recommend a stay here!

My husband and I adored our stay. Mary was a great host - thoughtful, responsive, and helped us restore internet when we ran into a hiccup. This stay is a dream location. It is walkable to nature, coffee shops, restaurants, antique shops, and nightlife. Lastly, the interior is truly uptown quintessential. It is every reason you book an Airbnb instead of a hotel. You feel as though you’re coming home every time you walk through the doors. My absolute favorite perk was the private parking. Saves a lot of headache in uptown. Thanks for hosting us, Mary!

We have just had two wonderful weeks in this exceptional apartment. From the moment we opened the door it felt like home. Colleen and Aaron have gone above and beyond to make this such a comfortable, stylish and welcoming space and we couldn’t have chosen a better location for our holiday. As soon as we booked, we had such friendly messages from them and this continued during the time we were there. They are perfect hosts and definitely deserve five plus stars! We hope to return next year and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting accommodation in Minneapolis.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great time at Justin's place! The location is awesome—super close to the sports stadiums and tons of great spots to eat. It was also really handy to have grocery stores and pharmacies within walking distance, so I could grab anything I needed. Justin was a fantastic host, and I felt right at home. This place definitely deserves a five-star review! I will be staying here again when I go back to Minneapolis

My husband and I came here for a wedding and it was the most perfect stay! The location was walkable, safe, and near some great restaurants! We felt right at home staying here and we’d love to stay here again for any event! Very comfortable and clean space, safe surroundings, and great amenities!! They were responsive and provided helpful, timely information. They were also flexible with my check in and check out times. The apartment was clean and as described. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance.

Very new and clean 2 bedroom apartment with washer and dryer as well as excellent amenities such as a gym, pool, fire pits, Golf simulator, outdoor games. Plenty of space. Nice and spacious and comfortable. We couldnt have asked for more! Thank you!!

Check in was easy! I had asked a week prior to check in early, got no response! Very clean and tidy! The hot tub in the rain was perfect! In a good location, located 24 mins from mall of America! Definitely worth the price, amenities hit the spot.

This was a wonderfully charming Airbnb that was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully preserved vintage details! My fiancé and I rented for a week to be our home base during our wedding week (my hometown, currently out-of-state). JJ was super responsive, proactively gave clear instructions, and was super kind to leave us ample snacks (got in late) and celebrated our upcoming nuptials with a bottle of champagne, slippers, and an adorable oven mitt, spatula, and cookbook. Definitely above and beyond!!! The location felt safe with easy access to highways and it was walkable to a great coffee shop and within 10 minutes from our rehearsal dinner and wedding venue. Great value and would recommend and stay again!!! The only minor thing to note is that although the upstairs tenant was very quiet, I was woken up a few mornings by (a dog?) running around upstairs excitedly. The dog was well-behaved/quiet but because the house is older I did hear its weight shifting the floorboards around.
