Beachfront holiday rental in Northeast Ohio

Doug was an amazing host, he responded immediately. The home was beautiful and exactly as Doug described it. The area is out of the way and peaceful yet close enough to town to get anything needed. The home was clean and Doug had thought of anything that might be necessary and then some. I can’t wait to return in the future with my wife to enjoy another relaxing weekend away.

The house was perfect for our Christmas Eve celebration. The house was beautifully decorated. Many supplies available. Robert was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again!

We had the best weekend there we will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone to go give it a try!

Peaceful cottage right on the beach with the sunrise to welcome your morning. Friendly people in the neighborhood. Great value, especially if you occupy all three rooms. I appreciated that the host met me on the premises to give a brief overview and thanked me for my business. Guidebook was very helpful. Lot of amenities provided. Unfortunately, I did not read the part about the garbage removal in a timely fashion, and the waste transfer station was closed when I left, so I took the garbage with me. Thankfully it was not much and I had my car.

Just spend a very relaxing week at LIana’s lake front cottage. We all had a wonderful vacation. There is a beautiful deck and hot tub to enjoy the views of Lake Erie in the backyard. It also has its own little beach where you can go for a swim everyday to cool off. It is so quiet with the only sound being the breeze coming off the water. Check in was very smooth and LIana was such a wonderful host. Anytime I had a question before and during our stay she got back to me right away. It definitely felt like home away from home and I loved the fact that it was also dog friendly so I could bring my dog with us. My dog had a blast on the beach going swimming everyday. All in all a great experience that I would definitely recommend. Thanks again LIana for everything. We all enjoyed our stay and were very sad to leave.

Honestly, the pictures don’t even do this place justice…it was a remarkably beautiful home with an amazing scenic river view. The lower level was very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed - and more. If you’re visiting the area, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Keith made check in easy and straightforward. His cottage is clean, with an open layout. The sun porch is large and gorgeous, facing a nice sandy beach and spectacular views of the lake (there is even a tv and swing on the porch!). The living room is very open, with huge windows facing the lake and beautiful sunlights. It was a very comfortable stay. The set up really makes you feel at home. Even though the cottage is pet-friendly, it is very clean and there is no pet odour! He includes helpful information when you arrive, including a helpful map of the island, marked with the locations of important and recommended places on Pelee. He even has a fun scavenger hunt to help you get to know the cottage and the island! The cottage is in a nice part of the island, near the lighthouse and not far from the snack bars in Scutter. Keith quickly responded to our questions and was available if we had anything to ask. It was an all-around great experience with an excellent host. Thanks Keith!

Although our trip was cut short due to a power outage in the area, Lexy was an amazing host and we will definitely come back! Great location, super nice place & Lexy was over the top accommodating. We really appreciated her transparency and helpfulness as we dealt with the power outage. We definitely will come back in the future to have the full experience!

All the reviews are accurate. Well maintained unit and property. Lots of amenities. VERY clean. Nice decorations to go with the lake theme. Putt -Putt and ice cream across the street. Friendly and responsive owner and manager. It was a great place for three couples to celebrate turning 60. Planning on returning in October! THANKS!! (Binoculars were a nice touch) we stayed on property, so we did not use it, but reasonably priced transportation to the wineries or bars...better than a DUI.

The place was great matched the pictures and was in a great location. Its right near the beach and pool and its just a short walk to some really cool restaurants in town. Only thing that would of made the visit better if there was a full or queen bed but this place is perfect for singles or a group to spend the weekend. Me and my partner got extra close in the day bed but that was the only thing we could say was a surprise. This place is a gem and Rick is a great, responsive, and understanding host.

This was the absolute perfect location, price and amenities we could have hoped for! LOVED that the beach, pool & playground was a 3min walk (with little kids!) Beach was small but perfect. Pool was amazing because of the odd design it allowed areas for “kids” to play and splash but also a big enough area for older folks to do laps and relax. Loved that the pool also had shallow part for kids to walk into / sit. Thank you for the Ice-Cream store recommendation - The Ice Shanty. Was VERY close , affordable and AMAZING! A must for the family. Jessica - thank you for opening your amazing home , a little home away from home. Was more than we could have hoped and expected. Kids LOVED waking up seeing the sunrise. We would absolutely love to visit here again!!

My daughter and I enjoyed our weekend away and this condo was perfect! The views were awesome and peaceful. Loved the private beach to sit and read. Restaurants were within walking distance so didn't even have to get in the car!

I booked Andrea's beautiful condo as a surprise for my wife to celebrate our 10th anniversary and it did not disappoint! We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and it's amazing views! Andrea was an amazing host and provided clear communication from booking to check-out. Condo was extremely clean (even for someone with OCD) and I would definitely recommend and love to stay here again!

Rented this for a couple of my employees and they were extremely happy with their stay. We needed to switch dates at one point and then add a day another time and the host was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The condo was even better than the pictures. Super roomy and very well stocked. It was close to walk to the strip, but far enough away to be calm and quiet. And just a few miles to countless wineries. A great getaway for our girls weekend!

Michael was a great host and his place will be our new home away from home. It is the perfect getaway in every way imaginable. An amazing view of the lake!! We absolutely loved it and can’t wait until our next trip to Michael’s condo and GOTL.

We loved the place , the views are amazing. So nice sleeping to the sound of the crashing waves . We had everything we wanted and more ! We will be back

What a memorable weekend! Tim was a superhost. He was very responsive and understanding. We arrived in town Friday, hoping to do some fishing around the area before checking in. Unfortunately, the weather was very cold and windy and our check in was not until 4pm. Tim was awesome and allowed us to check in early at noon to seek shelter for us, ladies, while the men brave the windy weather to fish on the dock. FISH ON!! BEST TIME EVER!! They caught a fish every 5 minute and the feeling was intoxicating! Even some of us ladies pulled fish in!! Thank you, Tim for being so accommodating and allowing us to experience this abundant fishing experience. We will most definately be back!

Great place, house was like attending a 5 star spa. Beach and lake create amazing and relaxing views. Lots of local things to do outlined wonderfully in the welcome package. Games room provides lots of entertainment options.Everything you might need is provided allowing for a truly relaxing stay. Matt takes great care to his guests and is a responsive host. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful couple days. I loved watching all the robins and bunnies.

The air b and b was extremely beautiful. The view of the lake is phenomenal! You get your own little private beach/lake and they have a fire set up, they have a park for kids it’s small but will keep them plenty busy. The location has the best view ever. The house was very clean and everything felt at home except on an amazing vacation. I HIGHLY recommend couples, or family friendly

This "cottage/beach house" was exactly as expected and more. The house was decorated and outfitted with style and use in mind. The amenities were over the top, the kitchen and living rooms have everything you needed and didn't know you needed. Such fun decor. It felt like an escape which served its purpose. Andy's communication was quick and friendly. The house rules were easy to follow without feeling stuffy. The neighbours were even very friendly! We were greeted by all of them kindly. The area was quiet and calm. The beach was incredible with bird life all around us. Thanks for sharing the wonderful space with your guests!
