Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Northeastern United States

The house is beautiful and the location was lovely, but there were a few things that fell short of the listing description. There was a strong mildew smell in the garage (even after the handyman aired it out), and some basic amenities were missing, like laundry baskets, food storage space, and charging cords for the speakers. There were also only two tall drinking glasses, which was tricky for a group. The outdoor living area shown in the listing wasn’t set up when we arrived, and we would have loved to enjoy it if the cushions were more accessible. That said, the host was very responsive when we reached out with concerns, which we appreciated. With a few tweaks to better prepare the home for guests, this could be a truly wonderful stay.

The pool house is so cute and the outdoor patio is gorgeous and the perfect place to relax. Great place to stay if you want to stay near New Haven but also want to enjoy quiet away from the city. Sue is a responsive and very generous host!

From the time the booking was accepted, any questions were promptly answered by Steve. Instructions to the house were clear and concise. Both Steve and his wife were congenial and wanted to ensure our stay would be comfortable and that we had everything we needed. A continental breakfast was available each day so that we could eat breakfast and start the day without having to find a restaurant. From the living room, we watched squirrels, chipmunks, and birds. Their dog is friendly, too! It's definitely a place we would choose again when in the area. Quiet and clean!

Our group of ladies were excited to stay at SkySuite for a lovely weekend getaway in wine country! Saskia and Maarten have been very welcoming and always communicated with us in a polite and timely manner. SkySuite was presented to us in pristine condition, equipped with all of the amenities and supplies that you could need for a visit! It's a beautiful location in a private setting; we really enjoyed the hot tub under the stars and truly appreciated the accessibility features of SkySuite. The lakefront view from the property is truly unique for an Airbnb location, you will not be disappointed! Plenty of fresh towels, clean linens, and a lot of wonderful perks including a Nespresso machine! Saskia and Maarten were very accommodating and provided too notch hospitality, without any pressure and provided us with the space we all enjoyed. We will be recommending this property to others and would absolutely love to attend this property in the future for our visits to PEC!

Michele and Mark’s picturesque farmhouse is a peaceful retreat without being too far at all from civilization. Thoroughly renovated and meticulously maintained, it sits on the top of a hill with a river confluence down below. Downingtown is a charming location with great restaurants. Downingtown Manor was a great choice for beautiful views, a uniquely quaint property, and proximity to all kinds of attractions.

We had a wonderful family stay a this home to visit some local kid attractions including the aquarium. Hope is a fantastic host - great communication, friendly and accommodating. The house itself was roomy for our group. It was clean and very well appointed with all the basics you need to be comfortable. The four king sized beds was really nice. No fighting over rooms! Our kids enjoyed the chalk and bubbles that were left outside and playing in the yard. The deck is also a nice space although we didn’t get to use it due to weather. I would definitely recommend this home.

My family stayed at Thomas' house during a weekend ski trip. The house was perfect for our family's needs. We skied at Okemo and it was a short drive to the mountain. After a long day of skiing, it was nice to come back to a comfortable house to relax. The house we very well stocked to include a drying rack (which we forgot to bring) and a boot dryer. We highly recommend this house for your ski adventure.

We enjoyed our stay there were many amenities that aren’t typical of air bnb any more, brought me back to some of my favorite stays made so much easier because of all the convenient touches, everything you need is right there, I’d forgotten a couple things while packing for a short trip and Melissa had them right there without even having to ask!

This is an absolutely beautiful home in a picturesque town. The owners are extremely helpful and willing to help you with anything you need. I couldn’t be more thankful for them for opening their studio for us and welcoming us to their getaway! Everything in the house looks brand new and the view from outside couldn’t be any better.

We are so happy to have stayed at Urban Zen in Québec City. From the detailed directions and instructions to the beautiful accommodations, our stay was wonderful! Everything was sparkling clean, comfortable bed and luxurious linens and towels made our holiday extra special. Nadine was an attentive host and quick to respond to questions. The walk from Urban Zen to the old part of the city was less than 30 minutes and full of nice cafes and restaurants. It was great to just park the car and explore! Close to bikes paths and parks. We loved every minute of our stay! Thanks Nadine!

I had a great time, attended a local concert with a friend of mine and it was close by. Not even a five minute lyft ride. There was a restaurant right across the street, the gym was perfect, and the deck overlooking Newark while looking over the water to New York City. Will rebook next time I'm in town.

This is a really nice AirBnB close to museums and within walking distance of fun shopping and eating areas. It was spotlessly clean, and Mike communicated clearly and was very responsive. There was a plethora of reading material, including some books in German and vintage children's books such as The Chocolate Touch. The Farmer's Horse is a great nearby place to nab a breakfast burrito or bagel. We would definitely stay here again!

Dee is always friendly and very responsive. The space is always super clean, comfortable, and stocked with essentials you may need for your stay. The perfect location for the fisherman or family to enjoy the Thousand Islands area. Centrally located to many different boats launches and State Parks, as well as restaurants, grocery store, and other attractions in the area. I hope to come back soon!!

Terrific basement flat, very comfortable (and we have stayed in four of them in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood.) Two good-sized bedrooms spaced at opposite ends of the flat, which helps with noise and privacy (we only used one bedroom). Abundant and useful indoor and outdoor lighting, which is important if you like to read or want to avoid falling down the exterior stairs to the entrance of the unit! Decor was notably comfortable, functional, clutter-free, easy on the eyes, unified in theme and colors, and tasteful ... not the case in every Airbnb! Great location, easy walk to the Zoo, loads of restaurants, groceries, amenities within short and easy walking distance. The host lives above, but when the unit was constructed there must have been extra attention to sound-proofing between the floors; very quiet most of the time, with only occasional light footsteps or appliance sounds, which did not disturb us at all. Host is promptly responsive, helpful. Do not hesitate to stay here!!

most of the places that I have stayed they have all the bathroom needs like shampoo and body wash, this place wasn't, besides that, everything else was great

Vladimir has a great airbnb for the price. within 15 minutes of the boardwalk. The airbnb itself has a very modern design with a nice view.

This was the perfect stay for a quick weekend with our toddler! The location was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, all the baby items were extremely convenient, and free parking was definitely a plus! Would stay again!

This was a great spot to get away for a weekend. It was in downtown and easy to get around with plenty of close by options to eat or grab something quick. Parking is just a block down and for the city very economical. The apartment was super clean with sunny city view. Security of the building was great considering the downtown location. I would definitely stay again.

A group of my coworkers and I went here for a conference at Lake Morey, our stay was comfortable and pleasant! There was a lot of space for us to play games and hang out in the common areas!
