Our stay was just so easy - a beautiful home with just a short walk to shops, public transport at doorstep with the added bonus of a car spot as well. Selina was a wonderful host, always so responsive and helpful!

Just a great place to stay when visiting Sydney. Steven was a wonderful host, the little unit has a comfy bed, self contained amenities and great Wi-Fi. A short walk to the train station and bus stop means travel times are quick and straight forward. Highly recommended.

We LOVED our stay - the house is perfect. One side of the house is the hosts and the other side is the AirBnB with music studio sound proofing between! Very spacious one-bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette, Faen & JP had fruit, milk, butter, fresh bread and treats for our two Labradors for our arrival and other goodies to use. Very comfortable bed, lovely linen and amenities. The house also has a gorgeous verandah overlooking the park. Its very private but just a walk to an array of restaurants, supermarkets etc. and an amazing coffee shop with an awesome breakfast is a 2-minute walk around the corner. There is plenty of street parking and public transport a short walk away. The house is also fully fenced for the fur babies. Faen and JP were an absolute delight to deal with, could not have done more to make us feel more welcome and at home. Will definitely come and stay again.

We have stayed with Genie often while visiting family nearby. We enjoying catching the bus at the end of the street and making our way to the station to catch the train to the city. There are parks and walks nearby, and we regularly walk to a cafe in Asquith for coffee. Genie's place is roomy and private, with everything we need for our stay. We particularly appreciate the washing machine and drying space.

I strongly recommend Neil's place in Watson's Bay if you're looking for a quiet location outside of the city center. It was easy walking distance to both Camp Cove Beach and the South Head, perfect spots for a morning walk. It is also very close to the Watson's Bay Wharf and a quick ferry ride to both Manly and the CPD. The apartment itself was very nice. It was spotlessly clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The loaf of bread and bottle of wine were a nice touch and made me feel at home. The highlight of the apartment was the back porch, which looks onto a peaceful garden. During the rainstorm on my first day, I spent a relaxing few hours reading on the porch. Neil was very welcoming and extremely responsive to messages. I can't speak highly enough of his qualities as a host.

Extremely good stay with Vivienne at this flat. Excellent location; small but cosy flat exactly as described. Very good value. Vivienne provided very clear instructions around check in, parking and check out. Also gets a plus for being let-friendly, although we didn’t travel with pets this time.

David was a very welcoming host. He proactively arranged for basic groceries like eggs and bread, which turned out to be super helpful, esp because we were traveling with a kid. Strawberries in the fridge were a life saver. There were also toys for our little one to play with - one of the toys kept our son busy and occupied ;). Super helpful host.

Fantastic place to stay a few nights in Sydney. Clean, comfortable & easy to access. The area is one of our favorites. Close to a heap of great pubs/cafes/restaurants/Paddington Markets, yet quiet enough to get a great nights sleep. We walked to the SCG for a game & even did an amazing walk all the way to The Rocks via Paddington back streets, Botanical Gardens & the Opera House (maybe uber home like we did however..). Car parking was easy for us close to the loft. Would highly recommend to all, particularly those who crave the more authentic, less touristy side of Sydney.

Tip's is a great communicator and her place is exactly as described. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac. I would happily stay there again.

Such a lovely stay! Cosey, but spacious, practical, and everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Comfy bed. Curl Curl Beach and some great cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Quiet little cul-de-sac location. To top it off, warm, friendly, flexible hosts. Highly recommend :)

Super giving with their amenities. The kitchen is stocked with all sorts of things, and they provide ground coffee, with an excellent coffee machine too. There's a great selection of beverages - teas, coffees, milks, coconut water! Everything is above and beyond about the kitchen. The view is stunning, you can see Bungan waters from your room, and the sun shines really beautifully in the morning, right to the bed. Roy & Leslie also put instructions for just about everything, and they really do have everything. Spare blankets, beach towels, towels, a heater, two different fans, lamps abound. The walk is 10-15 minutes to Bungan & Newport beach. Both beautiful, with nice shops around. Roy & Leslie also provide good food recs for the area. Truly, a great place to stay and very private. They go above and beyond, and they also have a very cute cat who you'll be lucky to stumble across.

Frances was 100% the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble. She responded to any queries, all minor, within minutes. And the place was lovely - spotlessly clean, little chocolate treats and fruit on arrival, the fridge and pantry was stocked with breakfast goods (she even asked what type of milk we’d prefer before we arrived). And the views out over the Pacific Ocean were stunning. This is the perfect place to spend a relaxing few days - watching the ever changing sea, going for coastal walks, taking in the local markets or whatever floats your boat. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at.

I would recommend all of my friends and family stay here if they came into town. It’s been such a peaceful and tranquil getaway. I’ve already booked again :)

Our stay at Gary and Jo's flat was very enjoyable. Everything worked out well and they were very hospitable. It was particularly nice to meet both of them and have friendly conversations.

Thank you Michael for being g such a helpful host . I was working in the Northern beaches for a few days , and it was the perfect location for me. The space is so tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Michael was also very generous with breakfast and snacks . I highly recommend if you want a beach getaway as well , so close to amazing beaches, bars and great restaurants. Thanks again . I will definitely book this again

I just spent 3 weeks at Joanne's place in Manly. First, I had to change the dates and Joanne and Zoe were very accommodating with that (and very responsive with subsequent communications), and then the stay itself was fantastic. Everything as described, the flat is clean, comfortable and quiet and has a phenomenal view 9 floors up out over Shelley Beach and South Steyne, and the sun rises over the ocean right out the window. The neigbourhood is great beyond the beach, lots to do and eight (yes, eight) coffee shops within 100 metres (I counted). Overall I would thoroughly recommend and would love to stay there again on my annual pilgrimage to the area.

Lovely little getaway, ideal for a short stay! The garden is gorgeous and felt like a peaceful escape into nature. The station is in walking distance but be prepared for the steep climb to reach up the road from house - it's a bit of cardio haha. Rachel was super friendly and shared some great local recommendations. The house had everything we needed, so it was a very comfortable stay.

Enjoyed the stay there and it was everything we had imagined it would be. Fantastic for what we were looking for, and couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommended.

If Chey’s spot is available, JUMP ON IT! It’s a relaxing & serene private space for a great price. Her home is easy, and a private to get in & out of easily. I also loved her dogs, and even got to meet Chey. She & her dogs are LOVELY! Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Remo’s place in Avalon. The views were beautiful, the bed super comfortable, and the home had stylish, modern touches. It was peaceful with a lovely garden, and perfect for our dog. Just a short drive to shops and beaches. Remo was a great host and shared helpful local tips. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Sally’s house in Chatswood. The place was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and exactly as described—a perfect little retreat with a lovely garden view. We especially appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was, with all the appliances and dining wares we needed. It allowed us to enjoy a cozy date night with homemade roast beef and broccoli, which made our stay even more memorable. Sally was a thoughtful and responsive host throughout our visit. A special thank-you to her for kindly helping me find my ring during the post-checkout cleaning—we truly appreciated the care and effort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in Sydney!

I had a wonderful stay at Sue's place. The cottage is exactly as it appears in the photos, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful garden.
