A perfect place for summer holidays. Very nice and clean apartment. The nearest beach is about 100 meters away.

Andros ist der beste Vermieter, den man sich vorstellen kann! Seit der Buchung immer in Kontakt, fürsorglich, hilfsbereit, freundlich- ein ganz besonderer Mensch! Schön, dass ich dich kennenlernen durfte! Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Andros hat mir einTaxi vom Flughafen organisiert und mich persönlich und mit Willkommensgeschenken empfangen. Danke! Ich habe 14 Tage alleine hier verbracht und habe mich die ganze Zeit absolut sicher gefühlt. Man kann hier ohne Bedenken als Frau auch Abends alleine unterwegs sein. Der Blick von der großen Terasse auf Strand, Palmen und das Meer ist zu jeder Zeit ein Traum! Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral-die Altstadt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, die Bushaltestelle, mit der man in die entfernteren Städte kommt und der Strand sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sie ist gemütlich und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freue mich jetzt schon darauf!

Bekir bey, şimdiye kadar Airbnb'de tanıdığım en nazik ve en değerli ev sahibiydi. Her türlü ihtiyacımıza anında cevap verdi. İnce ikramlarla bizi karşıladı, ülkesel aksaklıklarda hızlı çözümler üretti. Evin konumu, yürüyüş alanları, plajı ile exclusive bir konaklamaydı. Gönül rahatlığı ve huzurla gelip kalabilirsiniz. Kıbrıs'ta kalmam gerekirse artık tek yerim Bekir Bey'in evi olacak. Kendisine ve nazik komşularımıza çok teşekkür ederim 🙏

We would definitely rent Leida's apartment again - for its location, ease of access to the beach and promenade and for the fact that it is in Larnaca which for us is the best main town on the South coast of Cyprus. Come here if you like the combination of beach/restaurants/shops mixed with traditional Greek Cyprus life. Walk out of town early on the promenade to MacKenzie Beach to the Beach Hut restaurant for Olive pie and strong coffee or vegan / greek breakfasts then rent a pair of Sunbeds on the beach for £5 Euro in front of the restaurant to relax. Or walk back into town stopping in the small marina to buy a Sea Bream straight off the boat from Michael (8 Euro - enough for 2 people) Best restaurants we visited were "Zephyros" in Mackenzie beach Marina (grilled Octopus is OMG!!) and "Maqam Al Sultan" the Lebanese restaurant on the front in Larnaca just by Larnaca castle (Vegan food so good it made us laugh). We had a lovely time - thank you Leida. What a nice place !!

An incredible place by the sea, with a private access to it. Quite and well located, not far from big hotels, yet none of their nuisances. Nice beach coffee places close-by and a good restaurant. The windows of the appartment give on to the back of the building, and the terrace is on its side (you have a view to the sea, it's quiet)... all of this is ok, given the very reasonable price. The appartment was extremely clean upon arrival, plus a bottle of wine : thank you!

We had a fabulous stay here. Great communication from Alexandro and the place was just as described. We particularly enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony!

Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend nur ca 5 Minuten zum Meer, wunderschön. Toller Pool, alles sehr sauber, Andreas war immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wir können diese Villa zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, vielen herzlichen Dank dafür.

Ev oldukça rahat ve temizdi, hiçbir sorunla karşılaşmadık, mutfak araç gereçleri temiz ve oldukça yeterliydi. Ev sahibi de oldukça ilgiliydi, her sorumuza hızlıca cevap verdi. İçiniz rahat bir şekilde konaklayabilirsiniz.

Ev sahibinin ilk günden beri iletişim ve yönlendirmeleri çok iyiydi. Ev ve imkanlar beklediğimizden daha iyiydi. Ev düzenli tertemizdi. Havuz ve aqua park muhteşemdi.

Hands down the best place we stayed in Northern Cyprus. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all we needed for a nice stay. There are two markets in the area, an Italian restaurant, a nice pool, and a beach nearby. If you have a car, it is a good base to explore the Eastern part of North Cyprus and the Karpaz Peninsula. Massimo, the owner was helpful with a rental car recommendation before our visit. Olga, the property manager for Massimo's apartment welcomed us to the apartmenr and was always on hand to assist with anything we needed, including a transfer to the airport. Thanks for a great stay!

Ev sahibimiz gerçekten harika bir insandı. Bizi bizzat havaalanından karşılaması, ailem için büyük bir kolaylık oldu. Özellikle küçük çocuğumuzla birlikte seyahat ederken böyle bir destek almak bizim için çok kıymetliydi. Eve geldiğimizde bizi ev yapımı ikramlarla karşıladı: tatlı ve tuzlu kekler, taze limonata… Hepsi çok lezzetli ve özenle hazırlanmıştı. Ayrıca bahçesinden topladığı taze limonlar, zeytinyağı, patates, soğan gibi birçok mutfak malzemesini bizim için bırakmış. Küçük ama çok ince detaylar bunlar, bizi çok mutlu etti. Evde ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey düşünülmüştü. Temizlik malzemeleri, deterjanlar, plaj havluları, su oyuncaklari… Hatta evde güçlü bir elektrikli süpürge bile vardı. Her şey tertemizdi ve son derece düzenliydi. Ev denize yürüme mesafesindeydi, market hemen yukarıdaydı. Sessiz, sakin ve huzurlu bir mahallede yer alıyor. Ev sahibimize içtenliği, misafirperverliği ve ince düşünceleri için çok teşekkür ederiz. Gönül rahatlığıyla 5 yıldız veriyoruz!

A lovely well kepted Villa with lots of homely things you make you feel right at home. it is very welcoming and there are lots of areas to go and relax. There is a lovely roof terrace where you can watch the Sunset. You have access to a big swimming pool across the way from the Villa and up some steps. Local amenities are just a 5 minute drive and you can walk down to the beach in about 10 minutes, depending on how fast you walk!. There are 2 bathrooms available so lovely for all guests not having to wait for a shower etc. You are 30 minutes into Kyrenia and there are lots of amazing food places along the way. if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place to relax, then this Villa is for you. We will definitely go back again for a quiet few days away.

Наша семья прожила в этом доме десять дней . При заселении возникли вопросы по чистоте . После общения с Jeanette узнали что она поменяла клининговую компанию, а компания отнеслась к своей работе не добросовестно . Все вопросы уладили и больше ничто не омрачало наше проживание . Тихое , стильное место. В квартире , а особенно на кухне, есть все и даже больше . На территории комплекса есть бассейн . Правда вечером видели как там плескались местные собачки . Территория зеленая и ухоженная . Пляж находится в 5 минутах ходьбы , оборудован лежаками и душем . В этой бухте очень мелко , хорошо с маленькими детьми , взрослому человеку не совсем удобно . В 20 минутах находится чудесный черепаший пляж с чистой и теплой водой . А если повезет на нем можно смотреть как волонтеры в 20 00 выпускают маленьких черепашек в море . Магазин находится в километре от дома , можно спокойно дойти пешком . В супермаркете представлены все продукты . Хочу сказать спасибо хозяйке за все .

Merkeze uzaklığı dışında her şey harikaydı. Merkez içinde Esentepe belediyesine yürüyüp ya da taksiyle merkeze gidecek olan araçlara ulaşabilirsiniz.

These Larnaca apartments exceeded all our expectations! The prime beachfront location is simply stunning, with amazing views and just a few steps to the sea. But what truly made our stay was the fantastic host! Always reachable, incredibly friendly, and ready to assist with anything we needed. We felt completely at home. Can't wait to come back!

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks . It had everything we needed from bath towels , clean sheets clean cot and baby high chair for our granddaughter. Kitchen is well equipped and easy to use . Lots of outdoor furniture . Big driveway . Few minutes walk to the sea and beach with place to eat and drink. Few restaurants and local grocery to shop but you need a car ., Very peaceful and quiet place. We will come back to this villa if we have another chance to do that We say thank you to Maria and hopefully we can relive this holiday experience again.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment in Cyprus. The location is absolutely perfect - right on the beach, with stunning sea views and easy access to everything we needed. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. Waking up to the view of the beach/sea and having breakfast on the patio was a highlight of our trip. The host was very helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway, and we’d love to return in the future!

George is a very charming fellow. He co-hosts with his son, who very quickly reacts to any questions asked online. The flat is very nice and functional. Nights are quiet. We have not had the opportunity to use the terrace, but it was at our sole disposal throughout the stay. There is a local shop very close by, with basic stuff for all kinds of needs and a moderately good taverna several hundred metres away, at the main road. The place is a very good base for car trips (free parking, quick highway access with a petrol station on the way); don't expect sights or entertainment locally (though the Nautical Club is a nice place for drinks). Tip 1: the coffee systems are French press and cezve. Bring your own ground coffee. Tip 2: bus drivers don't know the local street names, and the bus stop from the airport or city is not "number 18". Have the local Pame app ready or use a map app and watch out for a roundabout with a pharmacy right after it, on the left -- press "stop" immediately.
