The apartment is located in a prime location in the center of Oulu and by the sea. The view from the apartment is like a painting, you could have admired it for longer. Beautiful decor, peaceful atmosphere. Everything went very well, we recommend the place to others. We will return again as soon as possible.

The accommodation was spacious, clean and in a quiet house in the center of Kemi. It was easy to communicate with Tuomas.

A sweet little home with everything you need. Car parking in the shed. The sauna is nice for those who like it, nice balcony. Buses run well enough, not terribly often, but I knew that.

Very clean and spacious apartment. There were no services nearby, but we didn't miss them. Good place to stay if you're driving. A positive surprise was that the apartment also had detergents, toothpaste, coffee + filter bags ready.

This place is absolutely stunning — it felt just like home from the moment we walked in. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the view of the river was simply beautiful. What really sets this stay apart, though, are the small extra touches the hosts thoughtfully included: delicious chocolate, quality tea, oats for breakfast, a lovely selection of shower gels, and even spare toothbrushes just in case. It’s these little details that show how much care has gone into creating a truly special experience. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

We fall in love with this house. It has a lot of great moment to offer. You can walk on the frozen lake, playing snow around the house, and even seeing aurora from the house window. Love the surroundings! The amenities are also great. Thank you host for the great house with excellent service.

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka personally welcomed us. The house is close to the road and is well accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka arranged us cheaply for cross-country skis and snowshoes and spelt a cross-country ski trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the aurora lights 2x. Everything was super straightforward. I'd love to come back. Thank you.

A functional and cozy ensemble in a quiet location with the best price quality I've ever experienced. I can easily recommend if you want some privacy in a comfortable setting near the ocean. The owner communicated very quickly which is also a big plus.

Everything was really good. Easy to find, easy communication and a relaxing environment. Also the sauna was a big plus. We can really recommend staying here :)

The house is exceptional, beautiful and right on the lake. The decor is natural, modern and with lots of wood; we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Note the very secluded location; the nearest shopping (supermarket) is about a 15-minute drive away. But with appropriate planning, that's no problem either. We enjoyed the quiet idyllic location very much.

We rented Helena's house for our family's use for the second time. The house is in a quiet location and it is easy to get around in the Oulu area. There you will find a full kitchen equipment for more demanding cooking and plenty of space inside and on the outdoor terrace. Communication with Helena is easy and fast. If you are traveling to Oulu, you will certainly not find a better place to stay.

Clean and new apartment. It was easy to find and free Parking nearby. Very clear instructions from Johannes. All the needed amenities for studio apartment. Small details like fan, phone charger and drying rack was good addition. For the price there can't be better accomodation.

Wonderful place, great with dogs

Very friendly host, we were hosted well. Asko took the time to explain how the different amenities in the accommodation worked and gave us several tips to make the most of our stay.

Great apartment in a great location. Close to the city center and Hupisaari parks, but still a quiet area. The huge (approx. 60 m2) and well-equipped balcony/terrace is certainly a wonderful experience during the summer and really gives you the opportunity to spend time in the fresh air. The apartment was clean and functional for two adults.

The place was great, with a wonderful location that made everything convenient. The best part was the ski-in, ski-out access for both cross country skiing as well as downhill. Highly recommended for ski lovers ⛷️!

A neat and cozy studio in the center!

kiki's place is about 15mins walk to the city centre (~1km). it was okay for us to walk to and fro daily (had to clock in those steps! 😂). otherwise, the stay was amazinggggg!! her place felt so warm & cozy. there was also a file with instructions and even recommendations on the activities that we can do here! it's also a short walk away from the museum—Arktikum.

We traveled with our 7-month-old baby and Hanna-Leena was very accommodating with everything (in-cancellation, etc.), which made our trip very successful! The glassed-in balcony was perfect for naps and our sweetheart enjoys bathing so the tub was a bonus. The location by the river was perfect considering all the activities we wanted to do.
