Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Northern Mindanao

Had a bit of a challenge on our arrival but only because we arrived rather late. Mike was very responsive, including his Driver, Dodong. Both are very helpful and accommodating. The house is lovely. Rooms are huge, each with its own bath. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit the city.

We had an amazing stay at Charlotta’s property and feel so grateful we found it (and at such last minute!). The property is beautiful, modern and clean, and is located right on the beachfront. It’s in a quieter area, around 40 minutes from the port, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the whole island. They even arranged for their driver - lovely Leo - to collect us from the port on arrival, and also drop us back when leaving. There are 2 scooters available to rent for a very cheap price on the property which was an added bonus so we didn’t have to go out looking for them and collecting them. All tourist hotspots were just short scooter rides away so you never had to travel too far. We arrived very late due to our ferry being late and Catherine stayed at the property late to show us around (thank you again!). We were blown away by how spacious and modern the property is - it’s even better than the photos! You must stay in this property when visiting Siquijor!!

my family loved the place. the kids enjoyed the pool. the home was clean and bug free. we used both the indoor kitchen and outdoor cooking area which help with preparing fish. the home has a unique layout and offers enough space to not be crowded together. the home is easy to relax in. my wife is already planning to return because the location is a good starting point for day trips.

Overall great house for long staycation

Very accommodating and responsive host. Place is spacious and very clean. Parking space is available inside the premises. I would highly recommend this place to my relatives and friends.

Loved our stay here

This place was absolutely perfect for our family! We were coming from the Cagayan de Oro direction, and it was incredibly easy to find, being so conveniently located right near the highway. The house itself was wonderful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and parking area. It truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend this Airbnb to other families.

This is my second time booking here and I’ve never been disappointed. They’re always so accommodating, especially when it comes to questions. We were immediately transferred after we complained about the smell in our room—it seemed like cigarette smoke from the previous guest. The hosts acted on it right away and moved my parents to another room. Both rooms we booked were really worth it! We even extended our stay because our trip felt too short. I would definitely recommend Sir John’s unit anytime.

Let me start with saying that Henny and Fiona are super hosts! They helped me so much, from arranging a rental scooter, tours and everything else i needed help with. Fiona has a huge network in the area and nothing seems impossible for her to fix. Henny is a great guy and we had some good laughs together. We’re both Dutch so it was nice we could speak our native language together. It felt like staying with family instead of just another aribnb. The apartment was nice and cosy and it has a separate bedroom as well as a kitchenette. You can also play billiards downstairs and there is a bar if you want to have a drink. All in all i think this is my best airbnb experience i ever had. Thank you Henny and Fiona for all the hospitality and help! Hope to visit again soon!

We felt at home staying in this cute place. It is clean and has complete utensils. It suits for family of 4. Would love to stay again!

Staying in at Pearl’s place was favorable for me since my school is in Liceo and I needed a place to stay for the meantime, so it was really near. The place could be really improved like addition of important gadgets like a microwave, putting some additional sheet or bed just incase. Then improve the pin for the door since the combination is very generic. Nevertheless, I think these factors can br adjusted and improved. So I will still say that I can visit her place again. Pearl is not easy to communicate here in the app too since she’s in Canada but she tries her best to meet halfway. Like communicating in the green app instead and compensating for the hassle. I respect her professionalism.

Anne’s place was our home for almost 2 weeks! I had the best stay in CDO, the host is very responsive and provided everything I could possibly need, very clean, great working wifi and A/C , the location is great, it’s very safe and walking distance to everything. I had the best value for my buck! I will definitely stay here again. And aside from the proximity to SM Mall which has tons of good restaurants , our favorite restaurant nearby is Fat Chef, Sharmaine’s for really good cake and H Proper for Coffee. And also wanna add Pueblo Business park’s The Social Food Club to hangout late night for some snacks and good coffee!

Located at a perfect location, very accessible. Place was clean and spacious for two persons. Unfortunately there was no wifi but it wasn’t a problem. We had a good stay

Jeanettes place is extremely well organized and maintained. The provision of personal items was a nice and appreciated touch. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for 2 months and had a wonderful experience. The place was simple but great, perfect for a comfortable and peaceful stay. There was a nice table I used for studying, and the balcony view was one of my favorite parts. It faced the amenities and the gym so I could easily check if anyone was working out before heading down myself. I could also hang my laundry on a drying rack on the balcony, which was really convenient. Overall, it was a well-thought-out space in a great location. Highly recommended!!!

wonderful and clean place

I booked this place because of what I felt with the pictures. It felt like its ambiance is relaxing and homey. Well in my experience, it is exactly like that so I was so comfortable during my stay. I love the honesty store concept with the snacks and drink so I didn't have to buy outside. Everything listed in the amenities were available. Also, the instructions for check-in, checkout, and garbage disposal were very clear so everything was smooth on my part. Overall, I highly recommend the place. Thank you so much to the host for accommodating me. I will surely book this place again.

We had a great time staying at Dois’ place and truly felt at home. The place is well-equipped with complete appliances and utensils, and even included complimentary snacks and drinks. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance of the mall. I’ll definitely book again in the future.
