We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rick and Christi's Airbnb. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway, with direct access to the beautiful sandy beaches of Chesapeake Bay. Whether you’re into water activities, fishing, or just taking quiet walks around the serene neighborhood, this place has it all. One thing to note is that this spot is not for those seeking nearby restaurants or bars because there aren’t any in the vicinity—and that’s exactly what makes it so special. It’s a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Our family, including my wife and 14-year-old child, thoroughly enjoyed our time here. But what truly sets this place apart is the warm and friendly hospitality from Christi. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A lovely touch was the fresh jalapeño pepper she gave us, which we’re still using in our meals. Thank you, Christi and Rick, for making our vacation memorable.

Kelly's place was immaculate. Kelly went out of her way to help us with all of our things. We had a boat dock. Kelly had everything we needed from water to shore power. This is a one of a kind place to stay, very clean, furnished beautifully and the view is outstanding. Kelly great job all the way around . Thanks for having my fishing team. Thanks Donald

Betina was amazing and helpful. Property is on a private resort and very close to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and lots of wonderful restaurants. The staff at the resort were also extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my weekend stay at Simmy’s Place. The room has a private bathroom, a desk, a TV with access to multiple services, a comfortable bed, and curtains that keep it dark in the morning. The kitchen is adequately equipped with everything you need, the living room is comfortable, and the outside balcony area is a peaceful place to relax. The host, Simmy also lives there, and she prioritizes giving guests their privacy and full access to her home. We crossed paths only twice during my weekend stay. There are restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops within walking distance. I highly recommend this room.

Autry was a great host and the stay was very pleasant. Very private with a peaceful back patio area. The space was clean and a short drive away from restaurants and downtown. Would stay here again if we ever find ourselves in need of a place to stay in Fredericksburg!

This place was a great space for our group! The owners are responsive with communication. Just know that you have to lock the front door from the inside and go through the back door in order to make sure the house is locked.

If I could rate with more stars than 5 I would do it, Laura is a perfect and kind host and from the first moment she tries to cover and explain any need and question,,, a very cozy and familiar house perfect to share with family,,, we stayed 4 days and 3 nights here at a comfortable price and above all perfect for what we needed and the large patio for any activity,,, its perfect firepit to make an ideal evening,, perfect location of the house from where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset,,, 2 minutes to the private beach and very friendly people,,, I would recommend this place 100 x 100 because it is ideal to recreate many lived stories,,, we will definitely book here again with the family,,,,

Our family had a great time at Catherine's place. It's a quick 5-7 minute drive to historic Cape Charles with shops and dining and also the beach. The house had a cute, beachy decor with little areas like the game room and the back sun porch where our family could spread out when needed. The kitchen had everything we needed ...there is great local seafood nearby so we did a big dinner one night. Besides going into Cape Charles, we enjoyed a morning at Kiptopeke State park which is about 10 minutes away. They have bikes and kayaks to rent as well as a nice beach area. This house was perfect for exploring the Eastern Shore of Va!

We had a wonderful stay at Andi’s place while visiting Richmond for a reunion weekend. Her home is ideally located near the University of Richmond, Carytown, and downtown, making it easy to explore the city. The space was clean, thoughtfully furnished, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Andi was an excellent host, responding promptly and ensuring everything was just right. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming and convenient stay in Richmond!

Everything was great, beautiful home, love how there was plenty of space for everyone. The sun room was everyone’s favorite place to hang out. Host was very responsive whenever we had questions and checked in to make sure everything was working properly and our stay was going well. Dock had lots of fish and crabs, fish were jumping out the water and was a great touch for people that never experienced seen that before. It rained when we went so not too much outside activities but the home had games that kept everyone busy. Great time to relax, hang out with friends and family, be one with nature, very quiet and private, amazing view; wish we had more time to stay longer. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at The Haven in King Copsico! The house was so cozy and had everything we needed. It was clean, well-stocked, and less than a 10-min drive to a grocery store, which made things super convenient. The dock was a highlight—we spent lots of time there, and I even caught my first fish! The peaceful water views made it feel like a true escape. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. Mr. Mike quickly became a friendly face we looked forward to seeing—it really showed how open and kind people in the area are. Sharon was a fantastic host, always available for questions and very thoughtful. As New Yorkers, it was a bit of a culture shock at first, in a good way but the slower pace and beauty of the water made it easy to fall in love. It’s the kind of place that’s easy to get used to—and even easier to miss once you’re gone. We’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone needing a peaceful getaway.

Perfect place for a girl's weekend bachelorette trip! We kept joking that we felt like we were in Bridgeton. We loved the decor and spacious rooms which are perfect for cozy late-night chats! The hot tub and porches were wonderful for taking in the gorgeous views of the river. We loved sitting and watching the swans, deer, and otter. Brooke and her husband were kind and welcoming; truly wonderful hosts who went above and beyond for us to make sure we had a great time! We left the weekend feeling relaxed and refreshed, and we're already ready to come back for more! Thanks again!
