The place is located in a quiet alley There are restaurants of all sizes next to it There is a vegetarian restaurant about 30 steps away There are also various restaurants in the direction of the street There is also a small vegetable market nearby Actually, what you thought of Everything is available in this neighborhood The interior design is simple, stylish, and artistic Very spacious, plenty of light, and the big sofa is very comfortable The lobby has curtains For me, there is no problem of lack of privacy There are also cooking utensils and a microwave In simple terms The equipment is all there and very clean The bedroom is well air-conditioned, the bed is large and I slept well Meet the owner on the day of check-in She was very friendly and explained the equipment in the house to us Addressing our needs and respond quickly and genuinely It makes us feel as comfortable and at ease as if we were at home She also recommended many tourist attractions Very considerate Next time I come to Chiang Mai, I'll stay at an AirB&B. Bin was brilliant from start to finish allowed us to check in very early due to my dad being 81 years old. So kind polite fantastic English , just true professional and nice guy. Apartment perfect so cosy . Swimming pool and gym great . Lovely coffee shop in lobby , highly recommend

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. + A really pretty listing located in a remote part of town, great for a quick getaway. Perfect for a friend group, as you can unwind and enjoy the serene and peaceful surroundings together. The listing is quite clean and has all the amenities you would need. - The wifi is not great, so I wouldn’t consider it if I have to work. There are multiple closets, but most are being used to store the host’s stuffs

A beautiful villa! Enjoyed my stay throughly here. It was exactly like the photos and very beautiful with many small cafes 1-2 minutes walk away. Hosts Aum and Boris were lovely and checked in with me before we arrived to provide instructions on check in, airport pick up and checked if we required anything else. They were so responsive and helpful to my questions as well. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door doesn't close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few quirks. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

It was my first time using Airbnb, and my one-month stay at Dcondo Ping was a truly pleasant experience. Everything met my expectations. The condo facilities — including the gym, swimming pool, and library — were excellent and easy to access. I especially appreciated the high level of security and the overall maintenance of the property, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The location was also ideal — just a short walk to Central Festival, Chiang Mai’s largest and most vibrant shopping mall. I enjoyed spending time there and found it convenient for both shopping and entertainment. Communication with the host was always smooth, and I truly appreciated their thoughtful attention to detail and care throughout my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

The apartment and entire building are very clean and beautifully maintained. There’s a pool and a small gym, both well-kept. All amenities are available, and everything you need for a short or long stay is provided. I have to mention that the power went out twice for a short time, and the internet briefly stopped working—but this affected the whole area, not just the building, so it’s not the hosts’ fault. All in all, a great deal—I’d book it again without hesitation.
