Great place to stay and right on theme if you're looking for all things University of Alabama. We took our little ones there for a gymnastics camp and the place was perfecto - lots of games, basketball hoops, jenga, etc. for the kids to play with. Would definitely book again.

Enjoyed our stay for a wedding near by! 8 adults split into four bedrooms with plenty of space. Games were fun for downtime even for adults, but I’m sure especially for children. Had everything we needed. Clean and easy. Definitely would come back.

Daniel was the best host over ever had by far went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. We will be back it’s 100% worth the price kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked it was private. If you like the country you like This place modern but country feel.

We have stayed at James’ place several times. It has become our home away from home while in the Tuscaloosa area. James is a great host. He always responds promptly to any questions or requests and is very considerate. He checked with me before scheduling lawn care to make sure time was ok.

Had a fabulous stay! Everything was just like it was described. Plenty of room for us to spend the weekend. Loved the app with all the instructions and local suggestions. Look forward to visiting again. Highly recommend.

everything was brand new - spacious, clean, great amenities - soap, kitchen basics, coffee, water, iron, blow dryer. easy to walk to stadium, restaurants etc. Fitness Center below is a little loud when they have classes but that was the only thing.

Amy was a very gracious and helpful host. Prior guests checked out early. Knowing we wanted to get in as early as possible, she worked and communicated to make that happen. The condo was very nice, comfortable, clean, well decorated and had all that we needed. I wish I would have discovered her 4 years ago when my son first started Bama. I highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Tracy's place. it was comfy and spacious. Location was perfect as we were close to everything around campus. Tracy was so friendly, quick to respond and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend. We would stay again next time we visit.

Erin was always quick to answer any questions. This was the perfect place to stay because it was close to Coleman for graduation and my daughter’s apartment was in the same complex so it made it easy to pack up and clean her apartment

Our stay was great! The condo was spacious and very clean. We loved how close it was to restaurants and shopping. James is close by and responds to questions quickly. You couldn't ask for more in a host. I would happily recommend his place to friends and family.

This is our 2nd stay at the condo! Absolutely love the location to everything! We can walk to several restaraunts, shops and events. Love the management and everything about the condo!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the cleanliness of this spacious condo. Comfortable and homey with local UA design decor. We had to get use to the train whistles at night but found that was common for T-town. It was exactly described in the listing. Thank you!

Great place to stay to visit the UA campus. Comfortable beds and good quality linens. The kitchen was well equipped. I can see why Chris is a super host. Very responsive and clear communicator.
