Staying at the Farm was a real treat! If you are looking for a unique setting, you have truly found it. Tremendous amount of space was quiet and peaceful setting with modern amenities. We stayed here for a local family wedding with young children and everything was perfect. Don’t miss this gem if you are visiting in the area

This was one of the most beautiful air b&b’s I’ve ever stayed at. The pond was stunning and the land was very private. Melissa was a great host- She was very friendly and responsive to messages. The house was clean, cozy, and fully stocked with everything you could need! Again it was a BEAUTIFUL house and land. We had the pleasure of seeing two bald eagles on the property too, very magical. 💖🦅🍃 We had an amazing time and are already planning our trip to come back next year!

Overall we had a very nice time! The view is beautiful. Everything was clean. It was a cool, old house. The kitchen was well stocked and my son loved the movie theater room. The only thing I feel like that should be noted (not a complaint, just a note) that was not, is the stairs are VERY steep and the hallway upstairs is very small. So that could be a concern for families with small children or older people.

Mindy’s place was beautiful, it was restored beautifully and the renovations are stunning. The high ceilings of the first floor are amazing. The location was convenient, we walked to CVS for a few things we forgot and the bagel place nearby for breakfast. We stayed here so we could attend an event at Knoebel’s and the location was also a short convenient 15 minute drive away. Thank you!

Naomi’s house was better than what the pictures offered! Its is a beautiful home that can have everything you’re looking for, in its own private area. It was the perfect home for us for a short weekend stay, offering many amenities as well as recommendations. We would definitely stay here again, especially if we want to escape the town after a long day of off roading! I would recommend to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect—clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful area. There was a great place to eat nearby, Woody’s, and we loved being so close to Knoebels amusement park. Both places were recommended by the host and truly made our trip. Highly recommend this spot!

From the chocolates on the beds, fresh baked bread waiting in the kitchen to the spotless house on beautiful, private grounds, everything was absolutely amazing! This was our first family vacation with our four children and six grandchildren and we all had a blast! We saw deer, turkey and a variety of birds. Our whole family loved this house and would love to come back. Thank you for sharing g your beautiful home with us.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with how you took the old house and, keeping the integrity of the place, updated and turned it into a wonderful place to stay. If any of the four of us need to go that way again, we would look forward to returning to your home. One little thing we learned, four people taking showers using both bathrooms and one right after the other, we ran out of hot water. We realized we should have waited a bit for the last two to take their showers but after hiking, we just wanted to get clean! Maybe a little note to that effect would be helpful. Not a big deal, but the girls just rinsed and jumped out of our respective showers very quickly! All in all, a great place to hang out and lay our heads for the night. This was a convenient location for our visit to Knoebel's Amusement Park, as all other closer places were filled or beyond our budget. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, with sidewalks and not too much more to do - but that was fine given our short stay and purpose for being in that area. The rooms were neat, clean and tidy, and kitchen appliances and provided plates and cooking utensils were up to par. The bed was medium firm foam and provided sufficient support..we slept fine. The only negative was that the bedroom shade was not the room darkening kind and as the window faces east it got bright real early. Other than that minor inconvenience I would stay there again...thanks, Joe!

The perfect place to stay for a quick trip to Knoebels - really considering staying longer next year when we make our annual visit because Amber takes amazing care of her apartment and her visitors!! - she was responsive to all communications despite my many questions being a first time AirBnb user. This was a clean, well-cared for spot, right in town and very convenient for walking to shops nearby for my niece's graduation. Ryan was responsive and helpful in all communications. We would stay here again for sure!
